Thank you, Ben and Pete Great info!!! I often find that tile and sunlight give false readings, I have the Samsung flir pro. How can I get around this and see slab leaks?
Great question! First thing to do is look at anomalies from a different angle and see if in fact it appears it might be a condition rather than a reflection (can light reflecting heat) It will move around as you look from different angles telling you that is a reflection. To get more accurate, you can spray foot powder on a shiny surface to help reduce reflection (this would require some cleanup :)).
I’m a plumber from the UK. This was awesome. Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it!
Last case - love it 🤭♥
Me too.
Like these inspection device lectures too. Hoping to apply these tools to my home inspections.
Go for it! Infrared helps home inspectors do better inspections.
Great info thanks.
Thanks for watching.
I just bought a thermal camera and it’s turning bright yellow all around my window. What could that possibly mean?
Not sure, Tina.

There is a lot of misinformation in this video both about thermal imaging (cameras and training) and about the functioning of the Tramex RWS.
Okay. Like what?
Maybe that’s the problem
Maybe.
