  • A grieving mother places fresh flowers in her daughter’s room daily, one year after she died in the Itaewon crowd crush. Other families of victims continue to seek answers from the government, marching every weekend and calling for an independent investigation into the cause of the disaster. CNA’s Lim Yun Suk examines the scars the deadly incident has left in its wake.

That young man couldn't handle the guilt he felt surviving while his friends died. So sad.

Very sad to those badly affected by this accident.
This is so similar to the boat sinked near Jeju Island several years ago, killing hundreds of young boys and girls.
RIP to all these young boys and girls.

Sad 😢 From our creator we all come and to the creator we must all return. They now know what awaits us all.
I’m watching a pod cast about this horrific event right now.
Tragic. He took his own life. His friends meant more to him than his own two loving nurturing, caring parents. May The creator have mercy upon him.
Reminder that halloween is a pagan holiday, festival.
Be careful with this practice people 💕💕❤️

They should have planned for that many people to show up that night and implemented crowd control as well as capacity rules at a time! Set up barriers and gates for that area to limit capacity and divert all main road traffic to alternative routes. Especially at that crowd level! But, nope! Not doing that cost 159 their lives. RIP and condolences to the affected. We can have fun, but remain safe and alert, folks. 🙏

My condolences to the people of South Korea. But It's wrong to say that the government is totally irresponsible. They both partially responsible for the event.
