I so relate to this saskia! I’m going to move into a house from kings estate next year and they are being such an irritant bunch! They are constantly being greedy for money, being extremely unprofessional. Constantly sending us emails about documents to send that we had sent them multiple times
update: left a review and they replied via email to me with what felt like a bitchy move " _ rather than do a goodwill gesture to close the file so everyone can move on, perhaps I should have just transferred the £X to My deposits - as you had put the incorrect figure, and let it sit with them for 3-4 months through the dispute before any money was returned._". feels a bit salty x
