    I have a 1999 Indy 500 liquid cooled. Because I watch your videos, I took the old 121 suspension out and replaced it with a 136 inch and a new rip saw track. Really fun machine. Thanks for making these sweet videos! Can't wait for the carb video. Also we need power modz stickers! :D

    I wonder how often Motorfist gets emails telling them to change their name to Enginefist...

    I gotta 90 340 sport same motor just I’ve clutched mine with difrent springs in primary with weights and secondary with a heavy spring for low end power only
    And I’m in the process of putting a 136 inch and 3/4 paddle track into it I also gotta shorter belt which gave me a lot more bottom end no bogging what so ever I also gave it stock jet size with bigger 38 carbs on it also maxed out my oil pump and it rips for a 340

    Sled # 2 I just bought yesterday. 99 summit X 670 HO for $800. Buddy went through the ice and he's sure he killed it before it sucked in water. So I bought a replacement rebuilt engine for $600. Ready to drop in.
    Should I take apart the replacement engine to make sure everything is ok before I drop it in ?

    i have a 91 indy lite that's hard to start after it sits. blowing air into the fuel tank helps it but its definitely not a first pull machine. cleaned carbs, checked crank seals, good compression, spark is fine , rebuild the fuel pump and I've replaced all fuel lines apart from the pulse line. I noticed that there is an after market fuel filter with a check valve in the tank and it didn't seem like your indy lite had a check valve fuel filter. the Royal catalog also lists polaris fuel filters with no check valve. this is the final thing that i have to replace so it must be why it takes so many pulls and why pressurizing the tank helps after the fuel drains from the lines back to the tank. my question is why would an original polaris fuel filter with no check valve help? or would it? when i checked this one the ball moved and it seemed functional. any help is greatly appreciated. Great videos by the way

    hey man, wondering if you had a certain website to get parts for a 94 indy lite. just bought a old indy lite for 100$ and tore it apart, but i cant find any of the parts i need, ignition coils and distributor are impossible to get i swear. ALL I NEED IS SOME SPARK TO GET THIS BABY POPPING OVER.

    Is that fuel line rated for in tank use ?

    • @marvinwegner6119
      @marvinwegner6119 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      If the inside of the line is designed/rated for fuel, what would make you think the outside isn't.

    an engine is a device that burns fuel. whereas a motor is driven by, electricity ,air, or hydraulic pressure. thank you

    • @aidanbonsante961
      @aidanbonsante961 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      snowoah technically you need air for a engine so you could call it a motor too
