I greatly appreciated the slow repeated instruction for each movement. I would also like to see the entire sequence from behind the instructor, Watching from the front requires mirroring hand and leg movements, something I'm apparently not very good at. Thank you for providing this wonderful instruction.

Thank you for the great feedback. As you described is often the way to teach tai chi.

Thank you so much. I am hoping to use tai chi to help my husband with long covid. This video is so clear and relaxing.

Would you mind telling us the title of the book you mention as the book everyone should read? Thank you for this video. I bought the DVD to practice.

I find it difficult to mirror what you are doing when the camera moves or when the perspective is flipped I feel that I should be looking at the back of somebody looking the same direction as me not back at me because it reverses everything and throws me off I’m visual that’s the point of the video.

Sorry about this! Different people like it different ways. Once we build the channel more we can invest into reversing the image of the instructors so we can present all workouts two different ways.

One thing I never liked about Columbo, we already knew who the killer was. And it was just us watching him what we already knew.
But with Murder, She Wrote, we didn't know until the end once we've seen all of the clues and had a chance to put them together.
Columbo in many ways ruins the fun of whodunit.
I see Tai Chi that way.

@@anjaneedhunnoo7865 be very careful with your knees. Try and keep the knee and toes pointed in the same direction and use the hips to rotate the whole leg in transitions. You can also stay in a higher stance to take some pressure off of the knees. You may also explore Sun style Tai Chi which has smaller range of motion and is good for people with limited mobility. Best wishes.
