I do not see any leavening agent listed to use with the cake flour. . How does it rise without any baking powder or soda.? My Swansdown cake flour is plain not self rising?
Sugar, i'd love to try this recipe, but the heavy cream is putting me off, but may sub either yogurt, or milk 4 the cream ; have used ricotta in a 2 fabulous b"berry cakes this summer, and its terrif! so, will let u know which i use, ok? thx:): kelli

Good eye! This is a very dense batter and as you'll see from the video, there's little to no rise. The bundt is nearly full when it goes in the oven.
