At Timestamp 47:30 Professor De Weck says that the social aspect is essential for the Pugh matrix method and while I think this was supported indirectly in earlier portions of the lecture I would think that an "essential" component should be well defined. Is there a resource that would elucidate why the social aspect of the Pugh matrix method is essential?
