Just a note, after seeing the first video of this property filmed by the other agency I thought it was really nice but it had no cozy spot to watch TV or lay on the couch... all the areas seemed too formal. But then I discover, on your video that there is a TOP floor, perfect for watching TV, lounging on the sofa and catching a movie before bedtime. Great video, subscribed!!

This was fun to watch, with two hosts. The property is perfect in every way it seems, every area of it was gorgeous, that detail of the marble painting on the stairs! Well, all the walls are beautifully painted. If you’re found staring at the walls, it’s not that you’re abstracted, you’re admiring. 14:22 I liked this sequence.. The video quality is great, I think from 3 videos ago, lighting and color are more vibrant.

I would be very interested to know a little more about the history of this exeptional wonderful villa. Who was the architect and who was the very first owner and when did he live here and what nationality was he ??...
