Danilo Romolini Amazing! I love the unique chandeliers the first one at 10:07 it looks like a drape wrap bowl and the second at 14:19 looks like a blown candy sugar sculpture so beautifully designed. I love these tours such unique structure and home decor designs, you never know what treasures you'll find in these gorgeous villas
Bravo. Over the course of several months, you fixed the boy's speech problem (interrupted flow), and his bad wardrobe choices. You've got him wearing thin, light pants, and you threw away his old man vests & jackets. Now you need to have a make-up person on the shoot to wipe the oil & humidity off his face as the day progresses. Nobody will consider spending $18M on a house where everyone looks greasy & sticky.
Romolini is one the best! Not only you learn about the properties, but also the history, the geography, the weather etc. It almost like watching travelling channels and your guide is a handsome angel. This is the most spectacular property you have shown us. Even though it can be seen for miles, it is still very private on the hilltop. This gives it a very warm, intimate feel. The building is immaculate and the view is incredible.

I have always had great experiences with Christie's but watching you has brought everything to a new level. Romolini, I have to say you are a truly amazing real estate presenter. Your voice is both sexy and professional at the same time, and the ease with which you describe each section of the property makes one feel they are hearing from the owner themself. The attention to even the smallest detail creates such a complete picture the viewer is able imagine they are walking beside you from room to room. You speak with such eloquence one gets the feeling that you really love each property you describe. I honestly don’t think it ever would happen. These properties aren’t his and it wouldn’t be professional for an estate agent to demonstrate anything in the homes unless invited to by the owners. Altho if there was a beachside Villa it would make a lot of sense to start, or end on the beach in swimwear 😁

This property is one of the very few that I've seen on the show, which I must have (even though I can't afford it, yet). Love at first sight is reserved for 2 things only, Danilo and perhaps this property. The house itself, the beautiful exterior and interior, the perfect pool, the other parts of the property.. all are placed in the middle of greenery. It is indeed heaven.

I have just started looking into purchasing a home in Italy and stumbled upon a list of property videos you are offering. I have always had great experiences with Christie's but watching you has brought everything to a new level. Romolini, I have to say you are a truly amazing real estate presenter. Your voice is both sexy and professional at the same time, and the ease with which you describe each section of the property makes one feel they are hearing from the owner themself. The attention to even the smallest detail creates such a complete picture the viewer is able imagine they are walking beside you from room to room. You speak with such eloquence one gets the feeling that you really love each property you describe. Of course, it doesn't hurt that you are just as attractive as the properties you show, and your personality makes it impossible not to fall in love with every one. I have only watched four of your videos so far, but I can't wait to see the rest. Thank you for such wonderful work. I have made this coment too many time and still it has not happened!!!
I honestly don’t think it ever would happen. These properties aren’t his and it wouldn’t be professional for an estate agent to demonstrate anything in the homes unless invited to by the owners. Altho if there was a beachside Villa it would make a lot of sense to start, or end on the beach in swimwear 😁

This property is one of the very few that I've seen on the show, which I must have (even though I can't afford it, yet). Love at first sight is reserved for 2 things only, Danilo and perhaps this property. The house itself, the beautiful exterior and interior, the perfect pool, the other parts of the property.. all are placed in the middle of greenery. It is indeed heaven.

I watched this Video with pure joy and amazement. I have so many questions about the history of the people who originally built it and what did they do for a living. Were they merchants, Podestas, royalty? Unbelievable beauty and taste. Oh, why couldn't I have been born rich instead of beautiful?
