Keep going as doing a very good job. I first visited Losalcazares 25 years ago 😂😢😮😅❤, so I know it very, very well. All existed was Parking restaurant, named because it was just a car parking space, no Rio Nalon or The strip as the Brits call it. We successfully Bought 3 different types of properties and rented very successfully.😊 All finished with that as retired😂😅. Living in a beautiful villa, close to all amenities, Saturday market, beautiful Mar Menor etc. And the amazing Weather. We spend 8 months here over last 6 years, do I miss my beautiful home in South Dublin, Dalkey, unfortunately NO, as nothing back home. I PERSONALLY would rate Espana as living one's life, to me it has almost everything. Congratulations to Losalcazares re it's developments ect. Especially in the last 5 years, but it still has kept its secrets, not over commercial, And no High Rise buildings. To walk the beautiful Mar Menor promenade with the dogs and the fantastic sky line, red, yellow orange is walking in paradise. Just to add bars and restaurants are so friendly with dogs, amazing, won't get back home. My 2 Jack Russell going 17 diecisiete anos 7 January thanks to the great climate here, other 2 are Pembroke CORGIES 9 months old. One last thing to add is,if one choose is living in Espana, make the effort to speak the language, in respect. As Irish, no PROBLEM with travel RESTRICTIONS. Sorry for the chapter😊😊😊.Feliz Navidad.
Thanks for watching and commenting. it sounds like you have lived your life, instead of just existing. Thanks for sharing your story, I have just uploaded a video about the Saturday market here in Los Narejos, I hope you enjoy it. All the best.
Hi Duncan, just discovered your great YT channel. Would be great to ask you kindly for more info on a few things if that's ok - 1) how to get a visa to live in Spain/EU full time as a UK citizen post brexit, 2) the cost of living in Spain vs the UK, 3) details of your yearly budget to live comfortably in Spain as a couple, ie how much do you spend, 4) how you built your wealth to finance living in Spain, 5) what kind of Spanish accommodation do you live in (no. of bedrooms etc) and how much was it to buy or rent, and 6) how old were you (and your wife) when you retired and how old now. Thank you kindly, cheers
Thanks for watching and commenting. That's quite a list and probably needs a separate video to cover it all. Make sure you've subscribed to make sure you don't miss it.
