Thanks so much!! They'll never go "bad", but can get a little cloudy over time from humidity. I recommend using a clear edible glaze spray to seal them right away, and then once that dries keeping them in an airtight container until you need them. They usually look the absolute best within the first week or so of their life!
Hi there! I use the Icing Images brand icing sheets and they are very strong and sturdy, so I don't have an issue with them melting if all steps are done properly. Isomalt also has much less water content than jello, so it won't be as wet, especially once it's cool!
