Hi. Depends on the size of the bust cake. They could be a little smaller than Neytiri's eyes. I always make a plan- a drawing from where I can see the size of the eyes, keep in mind, the eyeballs are covered with eyelids, so they are bigger than what is seen. Then make a pastillage ball and place it on the drawing to see if it fits the size. Hope that helps
