I just got through watching all the Hallmark movies, too. It's a fun month for Christmas in July. Arttie thank you for all you share with us. I love puzzles also. I did puzzles with my MIL during the time I spent with her during her Alzheimers journey. She has also passed to be with the Lord and is at peace. ❤

I too am a Bobbin Stitcher and I keep my Floss in the Floss Boxes just like you do. Now if a project only has about 10 different flosses to it then I will put them in the Floss A Way Bags and put them on a Ring. Then I will keep that in my project bag for that project.

Just watched your video. As usual I loved it. I recently stitched a Christmas project with lots of holly. I couldn’t face all of the French knots so I used tiny red beads. Turned out great. Keep up the good work!
I like to thank you for your comment about bobbins, I have always used bobbins and when I came back to stitching a couple of years ago I went back to bobbins. I have spent a fortune and all the different ways to store floss but , I always go back to bobbins. For some reason it was like you gave me permission to store my floss on bobbins (I know I didn't need it but your comments did that for me) now to do it my way.

Ih, Girlfriend. I am also a bobbinator! My few fancy flosses are in tins unbobbinated. But, i love DMC flosses on bobbins. I dont change them to flossdrops or anything . The bobbins just go in the project bag with all the kit and supplies. Your Wysoki is awesome!All your pieces really are. I cant believe youre going tobe only 3 hours from me this weekend. Id sure thought i might get there but it turns out that my husband had heart stents placed last Thursday so ill be right here taking care of hubby💜

I love doing French knots. It gives such texture
I pick up floss from the Goodwill bins and often I have no idea what dmc number they are. But I still use them as I typically choose my own colors for patterns. I consider it recycling as I just use stuff people threw out or donated. It’s rare for me to get something new 😂 but I love every project. Wish I could attend a retreat. Have a wonderful time. Can’t wait to hear how it went.

I need to restart at the 500 pieces level. My attention span is not what it used to be.

I have the same feeling about French knots. I did a full coverage Thomas Kinkade lighthouse picture & all the flowers were French knots. So many flowers! Never again.
