- Another month without getting into a car accident and as far as I know, not causing any accidents either.
Welcome back to your favorite channel that gives you road rage you didn't even know you had over situations that didn't happen to you. People are honestly awful and it's no surprise that when they drive their cars, they're bad drivers as well.
Drivers just love to cut me off and be as aggressive as possible for no reason. Our insurance wouldn't have to be so high if everyone chilled out and didn't drive like they wanted to get into an accident.

I'm originally from Cleveland, lived in Los Angeles for ten years. I've moved back to Cleveland, and visited Los Angeles last month. When I say the traffic is getting worse, believe me. I was thinking about moving back there. After watching this video, it reminds me how annoying it is sitting in the car!

4-6pm downtown LA sometimes you have to drive crazy. There's just no other way. That is if it's safe but not legal. On one hand I'm not going to miss a turn signal after the third cycle. I'll run the red. But blocking lanes because you don't fit is the biggest no no. Under no circumstances is that allowed.

Young man, I truly don't know HOW you put up with that driving insanity. I'd be willing to be that no matter HOW many engineering efforts are made to improve the flow of traffic in the LA area, the results would always be the same. I would say the fire truck blocks two lanes for protection of the fire fighters. Both sides have Equipment and Controller.
Firetrucks are parked like that to protect the firefighters from cars hitting them when they get in/out as well as when they get equipment out of the trucks. There's always a proven method to what they do and if you see something out of the ordinary, there's usually a good reason behind it. Cheers from Montréal!

I absolutely feel your pain. I also live in the LA area. For the past 17 years I've been working a shift that starts at 5am to 1:30pm so for the longest time I didn't really have to deal with such horrendous traffic or automotive mayhem. This past year my work schedule changed to an 8am to 4:30pm shift. It's a different breed of drivers. The morning and afternoon drivers are the most idiotic and inconsiderate jerks in the world. I'm not used to it so my frustration and tension levels are through the roof. Love the video though so keep up the good work.
Not trying to stereotype but it seems like a lot of American drivers on a large scale are just shit. I'm Australian and I've travelled through a lot of states and there's been so many instances where I'm like "what the fuck are you doing" no rules whatsoever. Maybe it has something to do with the fact that our population is 20 mil and there's 16 million cars so our laws are so strict it's crazy. Most of our deaths are road accidents where "yall" have issues with guns etc. Can I ask what state you're from originally and did you notice it's crappy driving there too?

I have seen that black tesla before I think on the 405, he made at least 40 lane changes in a mile or 2, I stayed in 1 lane the whole time. He ended up 2 cars ahead of me after all of that.

i swear i have also seen that black tesla before I think. it was at that one street with the lights and others car. he made at least a million brakes and accelerations through out his commute. i stayed driving in l.a and never knew there where other teslas out there... thank god they only made one tesla and its the only one driiving in l.a

I've seen on video bad drivers of Boston, Northern New Jersey, Maryland, DC, California in general, and even the UK. In my opinion judging by all the videos I've seen, the L.A. drivers are the worst.

Life story from 4am to 2pm. From Hollywood to Culver City. People are def shit heads. The worst part is I'm not completely convinced that these people do it on purpose. I think people are checked out, and are selfish on the road. A horrible combo. I let people fuck up all the time... It does make me angry many times. So I just talk shit about them the whole time. Tell me about it. Last night some Prius pulled some shit like that because the lane was going slow(someone making a right), so he swerved to my lane and almost hit me. Interesting thing, this person goes to the same college as me. I only know because this prius not only has the same color as the one I see in school, but it has a huge wing. Loved your video. I grew up in Orange County CA but my uncle lived in Hollywood so i am familiar with having to drive in that area. It is challenging. We moved to Las Vegas, NV 18 years ago and I thought for sure that my car insurance would go down. NOPE! It went up because people out in Vegas are even worse drivers than in LA. LA is touch because the streets are small and so are the parking structures. In Vegas, if people are not old or on drugs / drunk, then they are on their *#$@^%$$* cell phone while they are driving (which is illegal out here). I lost count of how many people i have seen with BOTH HANDS texting someone on their cell phone while they are driving on the freeway. Freaking Idiots!!
Mr. Logic Pants I witnessed the same thing you have when I went out to Las Vegas for a weekend back in May 2018. It was fucking crazy driving out there on Las Vegas Boulevard near the strip, the heavy traffic congestion didn’t help to improve the driving situation, AND on top of that, I saw SO MANY people on their goddamn cell phones while they were driving!! Complete idiots like you said! Quite frankly, I was very worried that I was going to get into a crash while driving out there due to another driver’s negligence and carelessness behind the wheel. Luckily I didn’t and nothing happened but holy shit would I be fearing for my life everyday if I had to drive around in that area daily. People are just so goddamn reckless and just plain stupid these days and it really pisses me off. Getting a driver’s license in the United States is too easy; there’s no means of weeding out the dumbasses and assholes who can’t handle the privilege and responsibility of operating a motor vehicle on public roadways.

I am in my early 50's now and had lived in southern California all my life before moving to Las Vegas 18 years ago. in the time that i have been here i have seen so many roll over and super serious accidents that I never saw or heard about while living in California the first 18 years that i was driving. I never saw someone cut over from the far left lane of the freeway all the way to the exit within 3 seconds almost causing a major accident in the process. People are stupid and selfish and that in my opinion is the reason why car insurance out here is quite a bit more expensive than it was in California for the same vehicle.

Firefighters need room to get in and out. If they just took that one skinny lane in the first vid, they would getting out into a moving lane of traffic. Man, I can’t imagine how exhausted some people are after sitting through, and experiencing such a brutally long commute. Some people I imagine probably already have rough days at work, and then have to go through a drive home that’s probably just as worse as their day at work. That’s fucking hell.

A blinker is not an invitation to come over, it's asking to be invited and clearly neither of those cars was willing to let you. Debate all you want, if an accident happened right there you would be 100% at fault. What's so hard about being aware and letting people who want to break laws do it? What if someone that cut you off just had urgent medical need and was racing to the hospital, here you go honking at them.

What's a good dashcam for good price
As a possible deterrent to vehicles blocking lanes at busy intersections, it would be wise to adopt a system we have in the UK . We have box junctions where the whole of the interlocking road area is a painted criss-cross yellow , a vehicle is not allowed enter this area unless their exit is clear. On almost every junction there are camera,s checking registration plates which will result in a fine or penalty points on your driving licence.

Yup hate driving for this reason people always trying race past you on the freeway or on the street cut you off ridiculous block from you switching to a lane speed up or slow down. Or they try to rush you to go faster then what they do is go on front just to go slow . A lot of stupid drivers that don’t understand that it’s a huge responsibility driving a car learn how to to share the road. It just takes one second and you can affect someone’s life negatively and your family too by your dangerous driving .
