- Miss Hood is nearing the end of the school year. All the students are ready to be DONE with the school year. To keep everything under control Miss Hood has THIS IDEA. Well . . . if you watched Miss Hood in the past, you don't want to miss THIS IDEA. WATCH!!!
What a great idea Miss Hood.
Your idea is more creative than what we had on the ol' "Tolley Cruiser". Mr Terry just wrote numbers over the seats, in marker on the metal (he got away with that cause having the seats numbered helped the camera and person reviewing it so it was allowed (other drivers used tape), then one morning after he put the numbers up he just told us as we got on if he was assigning seats for someone doing wrong (cutting seats if I remember right, back of the bus) "you are in seat xx and that is your seat till I say otherwise", but after the trouble was over he said, pick a seat, that is your seat, your space till the end of the year. Needless to say, it helped weed out the bad apples that were cutting and writing on seats. I hated being punished for what those miscreants in the back did. We never had the option to move after a week though. If you moved, it was cause you were told to move. Needless to say, last time I was on that bus it was still in great shape.
rebel1701 sounds like a good plan. Half the battle is figuring out what works.

Cool Idea Ms.Hood I never would have thought of that. When I used to ride the bus and kids were being rowdy all my bus driver had to do was just turn off the radio and boom, instant silence. Oh and today was my last day of high school.

Hey that's pretty cool
It was fun to put together and the kids are going along with it. In fact, today, I looked at the bus and they had all ended up in seats close to each other. They don't know what I have planned for the last week of school. They will really love it. Thanks for watching my sweet, beautiful, ONLY daughter.

I always tell my kids- "I do NOT care where you sit, as long as we don't have any- (arm motion by me indicating- "c'mon kids, reply", and they all shout as coached)- PROBLEMS"!
"Now, I am gonna CHANGE things if we have any (cup my hand to my ear, motion with other hand for reply, they shout-) PROBLEMS"!!
