how is the connection made between the nux mg30 and the ampero?

MG30 to Dore Midi host via USB. Dore Midi to Ampero via midi cable. So you need one USB-C to USB-B cable and one midi cable to make it all work.

what mapping for send return? what cc number?

Mapping CC# is 10 for the S/R block. You can see all of the CC #s in the Quiktone editor.
