I would be perfectly happy if Prussia still existed today because first of all I am not a Pole so I cannot say that I was sympathetic when Poland came back during the napoleonic wars and if world war 2 was civilised I wouldn't mind again if Poland disappeared from the map entirely. You might argue that you weren't the one that started both world wars but neither did Prussia (yes they basically started world war 1 but they were under that bastard called the Kaiser). The Allied powers constantly feared that Germany in one way or another would become powerful again. Allied law number 46 abolished the Prussian state. The reasoning was said to be that Prussia was the German heart of militarism. The Allied powers knew what they were doing.

In 14th century the Markgraf of Brandenburg got the before unknown title of Kurfürst/elector. As far as i know, inside of Prussia, but outside of HRE, from 1701-1806 the prussian kings called them ,König in Preußen' not ,König von Preußen' . To call yourself , king in....' was no Problem. And inside of the HRE, for all the time it existed, there was the ,Kingdom of Bohemia/ Böhmen', but in the later time the ,Roman Emperor' was also ,King of Bohemia'.

Beg pardon.but the title was "Markgraf (Marques) of Brandenburg, not "Herzog" (Duke). This up to Friedrich I. ,who became King IN Prussia, not OF Prussia. Because at this time Prussia ,unlike the Mark Brandenburg, was a territory that did not belong to the Holy Roman Empire of German Nation. And never did, as long as the HREGN existet. The (unwritten) constitution of the Empire did not allow a second king in Germany. With the decline of the Empire the Kings in Prussia "forgot" about this und practically included the Brandenburg-Territory in their Kingdom. Complicated,eh?
The title of the rulers of Brandenburg is "Kurfürst" (they had the right to vote for a (german) king) and is therefore used correctly in the video.
In 14th century the Markgraf of Brandenburg got the before unknown title of Kurfürst/elector. As far as i know, inside of Prussia, but outside of HRE, from 1701-1806 the prussian kings called them ,König in Preußen' not ,König von Preußen' . To call yourself , king in....' was no Problem. And inside of the HRE, for all the time it existed, there was the ,Kingdom of Bohemia/ Böhmen', but in the later time the ,Roman Emperor' was also ,King of Bohemia'.
