    I use clarified unsalted butter/ghee. It acts like grease without the side effect of grease. To make it, melt the butter on medium/low for about 15 minutes (until the solids separate from the oil. Don’t let it brown or burn. Strain the solids off and throw away. The oil part is gold. No need to preserve; it has a long shelf life.

    • @BarbaraBirungiSunflower
      @BarbaraBirungiSunflower  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Try flat twists, I noticed that after 3,4 weeks my hair tends to fuse together, because twists are essentially starter locs so it takes a while for me to gently detangle, out of all types of plaits or twists flat twist are the most gentle and protective imo

      @BarbaraBirungiSunflower  3 ปีที่แล้ว +23

      You are right!.Let me say this again. I use blue magic as my sealant ( it seals in all my 100% natural product moisture). All the products that I use for moisturising my hair or cleansing my scalp, deep conditioning, oils are 100% natural. I don't remember saying that I use prepoo as a cleansing method. I use prepoo as a pre- shampoo ( It is preparing my hair for the cleansing process which in most cases strips your hair of its moisture--shampoo). I think we all use prepoo for different reasons depending on our hair type and concerns. Thanks for sharing. Great feedback!
