    Oh my god! Loved the whole podcast so much!
    Kudos to shahzad for touching almost all the significant topics.
    Love how the guest was extremely welcoming to the critical questions and even at the end said that whoever disagrees, he’s up for a discussion.
    May Allah tala bless him and everyone who’s using their intellectual capacity to really know what Quran has said and talking about it the way it should be.

      1. Are half brained.
      2. Field for men
      3. Can be married even the baby is 1 day old and can be consummated as soon as she is blossomed. No age limit for man
      4. Women slaves are a sex toy for men, and can be sold to other to become sex toy.
      Woman defending Islam is chicken defending KFC.

      Asking to read the Quran and Hadiths in translated form is not trolling. Have some tolerance towards critic. Whatever I presented in my earlier comment which you deleted are the ones taken from Quran and Hadiths. Please please read Quran and Hadiths by yourself. Don't rely on stupid Mullas. They will make you bewakuf by telling lies. They will earn huge money for telling lies.

      Participating in intellectual discussions about any topic is a positive.

    • @ObjeactiveCricLover
      @ObjeactiveCricLover 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +12

      There is a difference.
      The search for the right philosophy is often accompanied by criticism and many times discarding of existing philosophy and the philosophers who put forward the policy. In the case of Islam, the belief of believers that the Quran is entirely and eternally true and that the morals by which Prophet Mohammad lived his life are to be followed by everyone forever; makes it almost impossible for genuine search in the direction. Most muslim critics of Islam (if there are) tend to barely justify Quran and Mohammad in one way or the other, often by the old excuse of contextualization and interpretation.. There is no quest to improve the Quran and discard outdated verses or the life principle by which Mohammad lived.

    I felt disappointed when Ghamidi Sir criticized the construction of the Temple in Abu Dhabi. Moreover, he criticized the living of Non-Muslims in UAE too. I didn't expect this mindset from him. Why do Muslims cry to build a Mosque on Christian land??? When Non-Muslim leaders refuse the construction of Mosques, then Muslims call them islamophobia.

      It’s not prohibited to build temples churches etc in Muslim lands. But prohibited in the Arabian peninsula.
      It’s like one can build a mosque in Rome but not in Vatican City.
      The boundaries for the “Muslims Vatican” were marked by the Prophet pbuh. This is the Arabian peninsula.
      Therefore Muslim armies did not touch the churches in Jerusalem and Egypt but destroyed all places of worship of other religions inside the peninsula

    I think its better to look at Quranic ideas as Arabian philosophy, put forward by Prophet Mohammad. Every philosopher has different means of propagating his philosophy, Mohammad chose proxying it as word of God to make people believe in it. Which is fine to be honest anf it worked for a long time. I think Muslims shall began searching for right philosophy, taking Quran as the base, taking what suits the current time and discarding what is outdated.
    The search for the right philosophy is often accompanied by criticism and many times discarding of existing philosophy and the philosophers who put forward the policy. In the case of Islam, the belief of believers that the Quran is entirely and eternally true and that the morals by which Prophet Mohammad lived his life are to be followed by everyone forever; makes it almost impossible for genuine search in the right direction. Most muslim critics of Islam (if there are) tend to barely justify Quran and Mohammad in one way or the other, often by the old excuse of contextualization and interpretation.. There is no quest to improve the Quran and discard outdated verses or the life principle by which Mohammad lived.

    • @WashainNotkani
      @WashainNotkani 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Really who decided that these verses are outdated. When you say the Quran needs to be modified you are basically saying you want Muslims to be just like you. Even if you I take your claim at face value that Islam is a philosophy, then Islam is an independent philosophy that does not need to be updated as you say to western values. It is a distinct philosophy of its own. Furthermore often times I find people like you who believe the Quran should be updated haven't even read the Quran themselves and only have second hand knowledge of specific verses from sources that are openly anti Islam.

    • @ObjeactiveCricLover

      @@WashainNotkani Why it cannot be updated? Like other philosophies are scrutinised over time, and modified/updated/discarded in the light of new consciousness and times? All philosophies, be it religious, political or otherwise, have gone through this process. The point is this looks impossible if you keep believing it's the word of God. The moment one looks at it as a word of an Arabian man, one can bring objectivity into the process.

    • @WashainNotkani
      @WashainNotkani 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ObjeactiveCricLoverthe question isn’t why it can’t be updated the question is why should it be updated. What intrinsic value is that update bringing? What problem is that update fixing? Does the adherent of that philosophy even perceives it to be a problem? Just because something isn’t westernised it should be updated? What has being an Arab go to do with anything? If Islam came from UK then would have been modern and would not need an update?

    • @ObjeactiveCricLover
      @ObjeactiveCricLover 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@WashainNotkani It needs to be updated because at several places the values preached are unarguably outdated (At several places, they are genuinely not outdated and hence do not require an update there). They could not stand the test of the times. In terms of value, I think the biggest value it would bring will be for the Islam itself. It will prolong its life by keeping it up with the times. Its not about Arab, even if it came from the UK and it got outdated, it would still be required for an update. A classical example is communism, a political-economical philosophy which generated in the west but by and large failed to deliver the results and thus being increasingly modified/updated by its adherents themselves.

    • @WashainNotkani
      @WashainNotkani 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@ObjeactiveCricLoverChristianity is being updated because it was thought to be outdated. Christianity is on the decline and fast. However Islam is growing day by day in numbers. If it is so outdated why are people adopting it. The greatest number of conversation to any religion is Islam and that to in the west which supposedly is the most advanced in our present times. However in your principal I can agree with you that if philosophies are updated maybe they will stand the test of time. However when it comes to Islam it is already standing the test of time. As for adapting, Islam has adapted to the local cultures and people that is why there are so many Muslim majority countries. It is yet to be seen that does your hypothesis hold water that if Islam does not adapt it will fizzle out. So far it is doing much better than most of its competitors.
