Been watching your videos for a couple weeks now and really enjoy them. Me and my son were in town today and decided to check out a couple dumpsters just for fun. The first one we looked in had 10 brand new pairs of pants and a brand new suit case. I think we are hooked now.
The more of these videos I watch, the more I realize how bad the garbage situation is. We’re a society based on consumption, and we’re drowning in our own excess. Hindsight, being the 20/20 that it is, we should be recycling at least 90% of everything we use. Thank goodness there are people like this, who help to take up the slack, some of it anyway, of those who are either too lazy or too unaware of the situation. They deserve our thanks.
There’s one thing for sure you certainly have to work hard to do what your doing and you earn every penny and I hope you keep finding this scrap cos you deserve it.stay safe and strong Mike.👍🇬🇧🤩
The place with the big tanks that you talked about not getting, you could always swing by in the day and ask if they are throwing out anything that you could scrap
Stuff like he found on this day ( or 90 % of it ) he will just take it to the scrap yard so no real processing involved but he does process a lot of the things he finds. I admire his energy and outlook on life.
Wow, just WOW Mike. This has got to be your best score to date. The amount of work putting it into the truck, and then the amount of work you have cut out for you in scrapping it down. Sheesh. I am dumbfounded on your behalf, but oh so pumped for you. As always, thanks for sharing your scrapping adv3entures with us. Take us along for what it weighs, what it pays to the yard. Kudos dude!
Here in Austin, we live right next to a Shipley's. My wife loves their Apple Fritters, and plain blueberry cake donuts. I like the "Big Earl" Jalapeno, sausage & cheese kolache's !!! You know Wal-Mart has a waterproofing spray for boots and shoes. I sprayed my military style black boots and I don't have any problems with my feet getting wet when I wear them when it's raining.
Wow MTS👋🏻! In all my years of watching this takes the top spot! Dottie was feeling it for sure! Hopefully you take us to the yard for the cash out! Can hardly wait!👍🏻
Hey Mike that gun case that you got In the dumpster the padding was there and you just tossed it aside it’s to protect the gun and keep it from shifting around it’s gray and foamy and in the shape of that case
I've always wished you would make a time lapse of you sorting a big haul like this. I think it'd be SO SATISFYING to see such a big ol' mess get sorted and/or scrapped out. Finish up with a scrap yard run. Perfect video.
I though filter as well. The brown-ness of them made me think some kind of oil filter, but some of them are still very white. So they could be air filters for some sort of machinery. Considering whats always in the dumpsters at this place, and how huge the building is, my guess would be filters for industrial machinery of some kind. Probably just did scheduled maintenence and that's why there's a thousand of them.
Wow, you DEFINETLY got a workout tonight. Your very strong! I am new to your channel and just love how excited you get when your scoring. Great video. 👌🌹🇺🇸
Greetings Mike. This i AWESOME/PRICELESS. I'm so happy for you to get those treasures. This is an amazing video & you're such an inspirational individual. Stay humble. GOD BLESS you always
I just Have to say that you’re one of the Good Guys, that’s for sure ! Just imagine, the space in the landfills that you’ve been saving. I would hazard a guess and say Mountains and Mountains worth !!! ⛰ ⛰ 🏔 GOD has a special place in Heaven for you. 🙏🙏♥️♥️🌈🌈🇨🇦
What a great score that was! Thanks for a fun video Mike. You are truly making a difference one piece of scrap at a time. What a waste if all of the scrap made it into the landfill. Thanks so much for rescuing it all and saving the planet while making some extra cash for your effort. You are a strong man, do you ever feel the effects of all the muscle use the next day? What a workout! So glad you wear gloves especially with all that glass. Watch out for the nails in the wood pieces too. Take care and stay safe Mike. And please keep having fun! Love your videos. Thanks for taking me along for the ride. Love and hugs from Australia. Pleases say hi to your wife for me too! Thanks. ❤️❤️🐨❤️❤️
Hope you micro scrap them Mike! And show us how you will do it...no big open tops, but dottie sure was full! Great HAUL!!! Always keep safe! God bless you!
So much for those monitors (I think I counted 15), but Mike certainly knows where the money is, he finds monitors practically daily, but this was almost a once in a lifetime score. It couldn’t happen to a better guy! I wish I lived in Houston, just to help strip the wires. I’m disabled and there’s not much I can do, but as long as I had breaks from sitting too long (and a whole bunch of other restrictions) I would love to feel like I was doing something productive and contributing to society. Having Mike as my boss (technically I’d be volunteering) would be the best part, his sense of humor and compassion for others (and the furry ones) is amazing! 💜 MTS
24:24 Mike those are called Toroidal Transformers and they can have some good value when they are that size. Definitely show those to your electronics guys!
Let the Fight with the Dumpster Juice begin - put on You Flippers and Snorkel and dive right in - ha ! Nice Electrical/Electronic Stuff and yes - who throws their Tools out !!!!???? That was a Head Banger of a Dumpster ! You found another Mother Load - well done and a Gaming Wheel and all that Wire - You are always sooooooooooo Lucky with those Dumpster and we Love it !!!! "Holy Cow" is the Right Word - we are stunned !!!! Stay Safe and many Cheers from us in Australia - well done !!!!
That was amazing! Have you ever taken us along on a trip to the recycling yard? If they would allow it, that would be cool. I'm curious to see how much work you have to do seperating and preparing your load for the pay day.
Mike, the way our health care/insurance is going you might want to keep one of those better concentrators and as many hoses as possible ( I work in a retirement community and you are only given so many hoses ) just sayin 🤷🏼♀️😄 stay well👍🏼❤️
Late to the party watching this one but daaaaaamn impressive haul. Anyone recognize what the cylinder things were? Guessing they might be slot machine related but also looked like printing industry type of stuff.
I thought you were going to have to take 2 trips! Lots of spaceship parts!! What are all those cylinders? Hope you get some good money for that load! That’s a lot you’re saving from going into the landfill!
Greetings Mike. 2021 is goimg to be a great year for treasures. Let's get going & have some fun. Make sure you eat something. GOD BLESS you and thank you for sharing, passing knowledge/blessings forward. PLEASE PLEASE be CAREFUL. Be safe, healthy &blessed always family
(Monitor dumpster: Koh-i-noor used to be ink for fountain pens and drafting, etc.) Dotty will be squattin' tonight! Good jumpin' Jehosophat. That's a trip to the scrap yard for sure.
Gotta be careful my dude. I'm not 100% certain, but that little blue bag you picked up in the beginning looked like a bunch of small needle caps for a diabetes test kit or something.

Koh-I-Noor - named after the Koh-I-Noor Diamond. Those were electric erasers - I used to use one! Ebay 'em. Koh-I-Noor still makes good drafting supplies, paper, lead - interesting company history. Looks like that office finally migrated from paper to digital. Escrap pays but you got to have a lot of it. Good score Mike.
When you are close to being full up, always take the stuff that’s worth the most money. Like that last bin you were doing, I was saying to myself “ take all the wire instead of a monitor or two “ because it’s worth more. Great video as always!!
😎Would like to see more of the pay off (at the scrap yard). Like after wire stripping, processing, separation of metal. Thanks Mike. Fun videos man.😎👍
Me too!
Love to see that, you work so hard ,man
The scrapyards here in Colorado don't allow you to film inside the gates usually.

The office bin just gave me chills! That was so obviously a sales office. Especially the tums.
The place with the big tanks that you talked about not getting, you could always swing by in the day and ask if they are throwing out anything that you could scrap
I'm glad there are people in the world like you to help clean it up and not just see it buried in the ground
How the hell do you find the time and energy to process all that stuff? Respect, Mike!

I'm right here with ya buddy! That's a damn good haul!!!
Yes!!!! We definitely need a follow up on this one!!!! Especially since it has to be the best haul to date. Nice 👍🏼😊
OMG Mike this was an AWESOME score. Congratulations

Sometimes I get tired just watching you, you have that never give up attitude. Love your videos.
"The highs are awesome and the lows are just as awesome...just in the other direction". Words of wisdom people. (19:54)
LMAO!! I thought the same thing!! Great statement!!
Those round things had a cool look to them. Kept thinking they would make a unique flower bed border. Good job Mike!
I was thinking those round things have copper in them but not sure enough. They look like these things that connects to some motor or some sort
@@shouayang7284 I was wondering the same, what are they ?

For some crazy reason I love to watch you go thru the dumpsters,
What an amazing year start! Wish you plenty of those loads, keep on the good job Mike, cheers from an amateur scrapper in France
Good morning there, stay safe always. Watching from South Korea
Hey man I'd love to see you paying a visit to the scrapyard and the place you dispose of your e-waste. That will be complete satisfaction.
You're simply the best!! Better than all the rest!! Cheers from Australia.
Hey Mike that gun case that you got In the dumpster the padding was there and you just tossed it aside it’s to protect the gun and keep it from shifting around it’s gray and foamy and in the shape of that case
He frequently does stuff like that.
Now that’s a pile of scrap wow. Just started watching all of your videos and I’m liking them. Keep it up.
We have to see the scrap run on this one. Congratulations!
I love your damn videos, keep watching them all the way back months and months ago. 😊
Popeye would never throw away his spinach. lol

Like he said in other videos, He doesn't want people to know what he makes, or they wouldn't throw it out...At LEAST $800.00 cleaned up...
Mike I can’t believe I’m binged watching A.Dumpster. Scavenger the whole night. P.s…ENJOYING MYSELF WITH YOU BROTHER INSIDE THESE DUMPSTERS.
What are those round things? Looks like they have metal innards.

Given the other contents I thought they may be slot machine reels

The best thing that came out of that dumpster extravaganza was the Penn Open cast reel. Score Baby, way to go Mikey.👍👍

Alright, Alright - that was fun to watch! I'd love to hear how you prep for sale with e-scrap like the mega load you got there.

Need to find a dumpster full of rice for all that wet electric stuff.
Unfortunately, that won't help. Only evaporation. Can be assisted with heat, hot air and time, of course.
