Go into Story Mode, the saws move slower, and the wind turbulence doesn't push back as much. I had a hunch because when I was in hard mode, the saws were more aggressive. In hard mode, everything is scaled up. The enemies and things in the environment act more aggressive. The Devs use a scaling progression system for the entire game. That's brilliant. If you think I'm kidding, test it for yourself, switch between Story mode and Hard mode, and how the saws' behavior is vastly different.
