    Once again, Thank you Doc!
For those complaining. about the camera.... SERIOUSLY! Be thankful for the time put in to fine tune your lifts and say a simple thank you.
Dr. Stoppani doesn't have to do this. I for one an thankful for all the tips and the time he donates.

It's like you're reading my mind...getting ready to down my Pre JYM and then head to the gym for a mind-blowing, barbell-bending, dumbbell-curling, arms-pumping triceps/biceps workout. Although my form is better than 80-90% of the folks in the gym, it's always helpful to be reminded of these basic factoids of pinning back and shoulders and not cheating...too much.

    Great tip !
Jym, can you tell me which will give better bicep mass, a straight bar curl with plates (free weights) or a straight bar or an EZ bar curl on a low pulley cable attachment?
    Cheers!

+DjK Productions overloading the muscle and adequtate calories/ nutrition give you mass, not overly specfic bicep exercises

dextrose post workout is good! make sure its a simple carb so you can restore your blood glucose and muscle glycogen levels. i actually use powdered dextrose and put it directly into my protein shake

Dumbbell curls are better done seated for added stability! Ego lifters would rather stand!

Standing alternating dumbbell curls are not good for beginners... because plain and simple beginners cannot control the weights!
