    Summary
    1- turn wrist as you curl, not before
    2- hold dumbell so hand is at one side (don't hold it in the middle)
    3- lower Db slowly
    4- for beginners, you don't have to curl both arms at the same time (alternate)
    5- lift dbs to lip level

      (Xandr) 5- Lift to nose level. Just one more inch, sometimes it matters.

Everybody is different, everybody's response to the workouts and nutritional plans are different. You have to experience your own what's best for you. Some can over train easily while another portion of individuals can train so much frequant w/o any negative effection. Don't stuck with fucking patterns.

      Rob Winn Anderson Yo, i have the same problem, my right hand is stronger and everything but my left arm is in most ways bigger (triceps, biceps) and its not really fat maybe i our stronger arm doesnt get the pump our left gets cuz our right already domains the weight our left struggles with

    • @justinmoore6968
      @justinmoore6968 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      He talks about this alot in his program, but use a false grip if possible. Don't squeeze your hand, as that will activate the forearm more try to keep your grip a little more relaxed and make sure your wrist is not bent toward your bicep. If your wrist is completely straight or even bent away slightly, then the forearm will be disengaged, and you can use your bicep more.

    • @QMS9224
      @QMS9224 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Another way to think about it is you are not actually gripping per se, you are balancing. This will free your mind from feeling like you have to squeeze super hard. I am a pianist and dealt with alot of pain and tendonitis in the forearms, and this simple trick helped SO MUCH. Even in every day things you'd be surprised, when lifting a heavy box most people automatically squeeze too much, when really it's about balance. Of course, if you have elbow pain make sure to rest fully before restarting workouts, rest is the only way to fully recover. May take you a week or more.

    A video about how to deal with stubborn traps would be good. ATHLEAN-X™ Also some experts say Bench Press is not optimum for muscle building what is your take on that ? How many days a week is it good to train if you are training fullbody workouts ? Do you prefer fullbody workouts or split routines ? Swolbraham Lincoln I know I'm not Jeff, but in general, full body workouts are not ideal. If you can do routines more focused on specific muscles, you'll likely get better results. Full body routines are only the most efficient if you have for example only 3 days to train in the gym,
