lol no i can run it that fast if i wanted to i was running this book at 5k per hour because it was a short run (only 2500 books haha) so there was no need for speed. i have run this stitcher at 9k per hours without any problems. it's all in the setup if you set it up right from the start of production it will run at higher speed without a problem. well once your up to speed fine tuning is all that is required for the problems to be fixed lol what muller are you running?
I have got a video to put up for you to see......when I can get 5 mins to myself lol. The company I work for however are very strict on what I can film and what I can't. The piece will show the machine but without any publications on it.
I work with a muller martini system not unlike yours, we mainly produce (when it works properly) 100 page puzzle books. Why only 5000 per hour? We like to run ours between 8000 and 9500 per hour or is your system like mine.....the faster you go the more f***k-ups it has?
Hello, I'm looking for some help on how to operate a saddle stitcher like yours in the video. I have worked mainly with digital printing and worked on a Duplo Saddle Stitcher. However, my new job is going to be running a Muller Martini. Any suggestions on set up procedures or any help will appreciated. Thank you
okay cool and i totally understand about the issue about the strict policy :)
