Same issues with my front gate unlatch to enter yet they just push it close to leave, not relatching it on the way out. Right now my front gate left open by UPS. Thanks
How's it holding up? Are you still happy with it? Our city requires self-closing gates for yards with pools, and there is little out there other than what gateshut.net offers. Thanks for your video
@J Kneeland to be honest with you about these gate springs, they failed after about 5 months, both springs cracked so, I ended up getting "gravity gate hinges" and the "gravity gate hinges" work grate, get those!

They did hold up very well for about a year but, after that both springs snapped
