This is a really cool moveset! Really flashy and unique, especially the Up Special. I don't usually suggest characters, but I think it'd be cool if you covered a character from a horror game. Horror is probably the only genre that hasn't been represented in Smash with a fighter, and I feel like we're long overdue for a horror rep. I've actually written a moveset for Pyramid Head from Silent Hill myself.
I still haven't played Bloodstained, so I know little about this character. However, that is one creative Up Special! Also, She should totally play her own victory theme on her piano victory pose.

The moveset is fine, but I think we could do better with the Final Smash. My idea is something I'm going to call "Sunder the Moon." (Spoilers ahead.) Miriam whips out the Zangetsuto and slashes. Anyone caught is drawn into the air with a blood moon in the background. After a few slashes, Miriam finishes with a strong slash that cuts the moon in half, dealing large damage and knockback. This attack would reference both times she does this in Ritual of the Night, as well as the bad ending/final boss fight in Curse of the Moon.
that up-B made me nut you should do more indie characters imo if I can suggest some: Isaac from The Binding of Isaac, Nova from the just realeased Anodyne 2 or Brad from LISA: the Painful.
If Miriam were in Smash, she can slightly outrun Sonic the Hedgehog without that Bunny Ears item. She could have the command input mechanic like Ryu and Ken from Street Fighter and Kazuya Mishima from Tekken, and the MP and Critical mechanics like Hero from Dragon Quest. Her special moves and command input moves would consume MP. MP can be recovered over time or by land normal or Smash attacks. Her Forward Smash would involve the axe if straight, the claymore if angled up, or the Spiral Blade if angled down. If could change on the aerials, I’d swap between the Neutral Air and Back Air, and the forward aerial would involve the claymore if held and her legs if tapped. Her Up Aerial would also be used on the ground as her forward crouch tilt. Miriam would have a held Neutral Special, which is a Fire Cannon. The Neutral Special shown in the video would be the tapped Neutral Special. Miriam’s Down Special is similar to the Junk Shield from Mega Man 7.
Great moveset, but I’ll never forgive you for that Up Taunt! I already hate hearing it constantly in game, I don’t wanna constantly hear it in Smash! XD
One of the outfits would be the Valkyrie Costume (like Joker's Student Costume) and the other one is the same outfit but with Blonde Hair with Brown skirt (resembling Dominique)

Miriam’s Forward Smash could be in three forms depending the tilt: It would use the Claymore great sword if untilted (giving her range and average power and diagonal knockback), the Pelekus axe if tilted upward (giving her power and stronger and vertical knockback at the expense of range), and the Spiral great sword if tilted downward (giving her combos similar to the Up Smash and dealing horizontal knockback).
If you really liked Bloodstained, I'd highly suggest you get Hollow Knight. In my opinion it's one of the best Metroidvanias of all time, and I think its main character, The Knight, would also fit excellently in Smash.
Good moveset. Personally, I think one of her taunts should be a combination of your suggestions, she strikes a Jojo pose while having her Silver Knight familiar also strike a pose behind her. If you're gonna go Jojo, might as well go full Jojo

I made a moveset over on Fantendo that's a bit different; Focusing more on Shards, an MP gauge, and is best described as trying to cram in as many Bloodstained references as possible, but I think this works a fair bit better in terms of Smash (Though I'd do a couple things differently for the aerials). In fact, I may actually incorporate a couple of things into a future moveset I might do!
I got some Kanto Raichu with Alolan Raichu Alt Knuckles the Echidna Primid from Smash Bros Brawl Risky Boots(cause why not) also Beck:Am i a joke to you -n-
This is actually a pretty good moveset. Perhaps when she's in water, she can use one of her water breathing shards to keep her from drowning maybe? And maybe, all these shards could be customized too. Like Palutena with some of her spells.
Miriam is too new to be considered for this dlc wave. Plus she has very stiff competition with other characters. I don’t think her being from a series heavily inspired by Castlevania would damage her chances.

Miriam’s route in Classic Mode would feature Dracula as the boss. Assist Trophies would summon either Takamaru, Alucard, or Black Knight.
Miriam’s Down Special is similar to Mega Man’s Down Special (Wood Man’s weapon Leaf Shield).
