It isn't a modpack but I could make it one in the future. The mod that makes you freeze is Frostiful and Primal Winter makes it an eternal winter world. The daily tasks isn't a mod, I'm just setting it up beforehand. Hope this helps. (if you generate a world with primal winter and then load it without that mod the world will be broken so have backups)
