    Cute. Great tutorial! Did not know a heat gun would ever accelerate the cure of the Mod Pdge.

    I enjoyed this. I just did some tissue adhering to glass vases with Mod Podge that my friend showed me how to do and it was so much fun. She also decorates her own tissue paper and it's beautiful stuff. you've given me confidence! Thanks.

    I've heard that the base coat is supposed to fully dry before the topcoat to prevent future puckering, lifting, & separating.

      Ray, that also just drives me crazy too. I just say in my head while watching any vide. Not "Modge Podge". But more people say it wrong than do Mod Podge.
      I agree the video is awesome, please don't take it personal. It is just personal thing, lol. I saw this post and just had to say something.☺

    How do you clean the glue from the brush or do you just throw it away

  • @amvillano64
    @amvillano64  12 ปีที่แล้ว

    Not sure if you can, I think you can because it's almost as hot as a heat gun. I would have to try it out in order to see if it does work.

  • @earndoggy
    @earndoggy 6 ปีที่แล้ว +2

    Does the paper have to be crumpled? I am not a fan of the "messy" look, or whatever it's called. Could I just use it smooth?

    • @amvillano64
      @amvillano64  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Jean Strong no you do not have to crumple the paper you can just use it smooth

    • @earndoggy
      @earndoggy 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you. :) I wasn't sure if the crumple was to make it stick properly or something.

    • @amvillano64
      @amvillano64  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Jean Strong the crumpling of the paper was just to get a different effect on your project. The glue is what holds down your paper 😊

      Makyrie I used the tissue paper that you wrap gifts and then stick them in a gift bag. The tissue that you use to blow your nose won’t work it will fall apart.

I do all mine on my phone. You can mute, fast play, put in Cute Funny word & Picture inserts. Check out my upload & I plan at some point do a step by step. I need to link the channel that taught me.
