I'm this isn't a band 9 answer, there are a few mistakes in this answer: It would sound more natural to say "that caught my eye" instead of "it did catch my eye", did is used for emphasis but sounds unnatural here. You wouldn't say "in that language" you would just say "in Spanish" "if my memory helps" is not correct, we say "if my memory serves me well" "since once i saw it" doesn't make sense, it would be "as soon as i saw it" or "the first time i saw it" "created an aesthetic pleasure for me" sounds very strange, better to say "I found it aesthetically pleasing" "water colour painting" instead of "painting with water colour "once she had mentioned the name of this painting" once is in the wrong position and also the wrong tense, you need to use past simple: "she once mentioned" or "she mentioned the name of this painting once to me" "about the birth" has no context, needs extra description or reference to make sense
