I like these types of games that have a mix of humor and horror, since they both follow similar formulas. Something about a cartoon sheep spinning and no clipping while explaining overdrive triggers is both funny and unsettling

So when you're playing a game like this, sometimes there will be a border on the side. Nothing is supposed to appear in this border, as it is usually just meant to take up space.
That ghost at around 18:00 actually startled me lmao, that's really clever

It's almost like seeing into a game developer's mind on a tight deadline: starting out with one idea, then fretting over whether it'll work, before throwing your hands up and smashing the whole thing to pieces just in time to turn it in.

@Not Sure Yes, that's why I said yellow on yellow, and not gray on gray. It's also true the colorblind can see different shades, regardless off color, but that makes color puzzles only slightly less difficult. Darker yellow on yellow is still harder to find than red on green.

Never thought I would see the day where a horror game would contain snarky, evil version of Clippy, especially a horror game that still managed to be more effective at being creepy than the bulk of horror games that rely far too much on jumpscares. That letterbox scare is great.

The model showing up in the borders outside the "game window" at 17:53 is really upsetting. I'm not sure if I've ever seen that before, it kinda rules. I especially love the fact that it gets closer as you approach the body, forcing you to let it stand there in the corner of your eye

This game teaches you how to be a programmer, sort of like the indie game Human Resource Machine. In this game, you learn all about syntax and keywords and other basic programming principles.
Uh I don't think this really teaches someone anything about being a programmer

gotta say, this game's pretty awesome. this, along with Helltaker and GO HOME, is one of the few extremely memorable games you've covered; it doesn't take itself seriously and yet it still has time for some extremely well-made and creative horror. it's pretty neat.

Horror games that give creepy vibes and feelings are THE best. I feel like those kinds really get a person genuinely scared, compared to a jumpscare (jumpscares just seem to forced) I really love how things look soooooo detailed in this as well! I havent seen a horror game like this before, and it's amazing

is no one going to talk about how the harmony's game engine logo is an obvious 666? also since verticality wasnt too big of a mechanic in potato's revenge, it could have played out nicely as a doom clone. imagine potato's face in place of doomguy's in the hud haha

Seems like there's a lot of cool puzzles to be made around building words from code. 2) POTATO MERCH POTATO MERCH 3) but seriously can't anyone else see him becoming a sort of horror mascot for an unconnected horror series?
