The fact that Fromsoft was able to make a 3D game on a FLIP PHONE A CELLPHONE And make it Playable amidst the notorious controls of the Armored Core series is extremely commendable and Fromsoft should've been awarded big time for this! Seeing this go for 4 more games is a testament of Fromsoft's Dedication to Quality! MY GOD
and considering the capabilities of smartphones today? GOD DAMN WE NEED AN ARMORED CORE GAME! The simple fact that they were able to create such a quality game on a flip phone...Imagine...just imagine!
I had to import 2 different phones from Japan with the games pre installed to get the complete mobile missions series. Unless you're a devout AC fan I don't think it's worth it.
@@JustinRinger1 sadly not much I can say. They don't run very well on the phones they were made for and are a little difficult to play. These games were not made by Fromsoft only given the green light by them. They aren't structured like normal AC missions. Some of the games have missions that are like challenges that are very short and feature very few enemies in comparison to normal AC games and others mostly just 1:1 like arena fights. The first one is strictly a top down view and has graphics and UI like the first AC games. The second one if I recall is similar to PS1 graphics and art style like the first AC games and it has a camera similar to PS1 games. But the environments are mostly dark and polygonal. The 3rd and 4th games are more based on the PS2 art style but much lower resolution and most of the animation in the game has missing frames. These games were not made for high power smart phones but on flip phones. The games are entirely in Japanese except for some UI elements so any text dialogue or story would be in Japanese. Which I don't read sadly. And I technically haven't finished any of those games. I mostly wanted them because I've been a big collector of AC stuff since I was a little kid. There are a lot of hidden AC lore and stories that can be found in Japanese hobby magazines showcasing model kits. There was also supposed to be an OAV of AC called Fort Tower Song but it was cancelled. There is a novelization of the story that exists but it's rare and hard to find. There is another AC novel called Brave New World that is a little easier to come by and has some illustration of characters and stuff. There is a manga called AC Tower City Blade that was from some Japanese magazines. I believe that it's the most readily available out of all of the ones I mentioned and came out around 2007ish. It's been translated into English but it's not very good. And it messed up the lore quite a bit so read at your own risk.

they didn't make these lol
I had no idea that this existed. Considering that it's using old flip phones, the controls must be a nightmare.
ガラケーでこんなバチバチのアクションゲームできたんだ
権利とか問題あるだろうけどアーカイブとかで出してくれないかな
これ今売ってないとか勿体ない
貴重な映像!
Sad part is aside from the draw distance it still looks better than ac1-acmoa.
アーマード・コア モバイル出来たんだから今スマホ版いけるはず
Hey man if you are still around I'd really really really really really really like to get a copy of this
Very pretty graphics for J2me
Za Warudo if I had one...

そっか2008年はまだガラケーか………
ガラケーで出来るってうっそぉ…………
Wish they could put this on android or iOS with improved frame rate and better graphics
They can't. Smartphones have no buttons today.
Kai Kureshima actually we have attachable controllers now buddy. It would work out fine.

Armored Core nowadays might need to be a lot more automated than it should be on mobile
@@hehemotorsikle831 assault gunners worked perfectly on phones. Im sure AC can, especially since you can emulate the psp versions on smartphones
ガラケーでこれはすごいっすね…。
遊びごたえ高そう。

Can you share any lore and/or what the story if any is? And are there any resident repeats such as 9B, Ibis, etc? @@ChubbsMcgoo
