In case anyone is wondering why Techno dropped out way early is because the game was lagging really bad and we narrowed it down to him and it was fine after he left.
You crazy pickle flying flocks of twin blades into battles picking up fights & changing the outcomes completely
That northwest battle is just intense, everyone was going all out for that one refinery.

Although DillPickle was the powerhouse, you have to give it Empire as well. Even though he lost a lot of stuff, he still understood and supported Dill’s attacks so well with the few remaining units he had like his Cryocopters and Aircraft Carrier instead of just leaving early
Ledauphin's strategy of letting them fight it out was smart. Was rooting for him the whole time
for a naval battle lover like me, the flagship battles here is one of the most intense fights I've ever seen in this channel. your casting skills makes it even more fiery i had my mouth gaping the entire fight.
I am surprised Ledauphin is able to last that long despite being squeezed by two opposing neighbors

The water in this game looks absolutely incredible, like those graphics are something that would come out today!
And there hasn't really been an RTS that utilized water since.
I think there was one about Oil Rigs, but not at all the same.

I'm glad one of the teams didn't bully Ledauphin while he was alone. They'd waste resources fighting him while the other team would just build up and steamroll the victor. Those kinds of matches are so boring to watch because the results are always predictable, but here the two teams left Dauphy alone for a little while which was nice.
Just for ya Sybert "Le Dauphin" means litteraly the Dolphin but it is also a french word to design the prince who is the direct heir to the throne.

Le Dauphin: Le (sounds like 'purr') Dau- (like "dough) -fin (like 'fan').
Refers to the French royal in Henry the 5th's time... whenever that was. Famously, his dreadnoughts were defeated by Henry's longbows.
That Dreadnought fleet was a thing of beauty.

I am new to watching people play competitively, but how come everyone plays KW for C&C3 but people don't play uprising for Red Alert 3?

@@WROYourBoat it has no multiplayer and is even more unbalanced than vanilla. Allies become absurdly OP, Empire comes second if you can get gigafortresses and Soviets only real good tactic is mortar cycle rush to end the game early.

Watching the dreads uselessly fail to hit any enemy naval units for 5 minutes straight makes me wonder what drugs the devs were on when they designed soviet artillery in this game. Did they ever play a rts game? Dreads and v4s literally only work as intended if the enemies don't move at all, which is not a thing that happens in rts matches played by actual human beings. At least v4s have the frag missile that helps them deal with infantry and hopefully hit something (still not very likely, but still) but dreads seem utterly worthless other than to harass enemy buildings.
It's the trifecta of terrible ideas that makes this unit unusable: Slow ass projectile speed, 0 splash damage, 0 tracking. If at least 1 of these things were not present, at least the unit wouldn't be completely worthless, but the devs seem to have gone out of their way to make soviet artillery garbage. You have to TRY to make a missile so useless that it avoids all the reasons why they are used today.
Honestly, the terribleness of their artillery is probably what makes soviets so weak in the late game. Compare dreads to shoguns and aircraft carriers. Of course, soviets should be weaker than empire in the water, but dreads lag behind aircraft carriers too. In fact, I think the emp missiles of aircraft carriers may have been better on the dreads. Make it so that they can't do any damage to enemies (since they can't hit anything), until you land a skillshot emp (with some aoe). Then reward the player with the high damage of the dreads to quickly eliminate the emped enemies.
I guess they just wanted them to be effective vs buildings and stationary targets, and then you have other units to attack moving units.
