DC's Superman (and other Kryptonians), Doomsday, and Lobo are on the "will mop the floor with Hulk in a Hulk-style fight" list that keeps growing with the DC new hulk clone Damage joining that. The intellectual comic book nerd fight on this will eventually go Dragonball level absurd in power levels. Marvel also has its growing number of "Hulk is just another Hulk" type growing thing going on so they must compete against their domestic Hulk competition too for Hulk.

Although Kluh (the Axis 1, not the Xemnu creation 1) got more powerful through sadness instead of anger, apparently sadness is opposite of anger. Even though Kluh story was bad, the design was pretty kewl.

When the titan hulk took control, he didn't set the engine room to 10, he set it to 9. When hulk fully transformed into the Titan, the engine room could have been pushed even further. What this shows, is that when titan hulk was wrecking all the weaponized gamma mutates, the Titan hulk was holding back.

The heart of the monster one was the strongest for along time but I think he forgot the future Cosmic hulk that ate the multiverse that was midway through the immortal Hulk run
Hulk is Marvel's OG superstrong guy. Marvel will keep making him stronger. He will probably become Marvel's version of Dragonball's Goku... but instead of next-level martial arts skills giving him new powers, it will be new hulk-out abilities relative to his nature and damage. He will never be as strong as canon-based ace-in-the-hole card types like Superman whose main power limit is "he's as strong as he needs to be". Hulk will always need some internal gymnastic(s) to upgrade his current power to the next level. Saitama could evaporate him with one serious serious punch... and even if he heals knock him into space where he runs out of gamma power and rage until he becomes human and dies as a bloated meat popsicle drifting around in space. If he dies that way, Marvel writers will give Hulk some gamma-based teleportation via some Hulkscape dimensional access or just lets him flare gamma radiation from anywhere in his body to let him launch himself back planetside.

I liked the idea behind Kluh. That even Hulk, mindless brute that he almost always is, had a monster of his own buried way down deep. But that said, I like Titan Hulk even more.
Giving Hulk a power beyond heart of the monster and immortal might be good character growth.

There's too many of these "most powerful" hulks at this point that I cant take this storyline seriously. Devil hulk, kluh, Green scar WW hulk, Maestro, etc.
What's stronger than demons by two levels? We've seen that the beyonders can kill demons, we've recently seen nightmare kill beyonders (in that weird recent de.strange comic). So imo nightmare is at the same level as a multiverse constant, like death. Above that is only TOAA in which case hulk is channeling that power. According to recent immortal hulk the hulk gets his power from the one below all which is an angered TOAA. Hulk is basically marvel's Spector.

@@mattek519 That’s the concept of the hulk. Within that concept you can tell pretty much any story. You just have to be a competent writer.
Id doesn't equal identity. It's a concept from psychology pioneered by Sigmund Freud and is essentially a component of one's personality that sits alongside the Ego and the Super Ego. The Id is where all of our most base primal aspects are supposed to be housed, that little voice in the back of your head that tells you to punch Karen in the face. It's our own little Hulk.
this. Id can be thought of the basic hardwired instincts. We need to eat. have sex. Fight or flight. It's what is left once stripped of our personalities

To me Kluh was what happened when Hulk got sad but this Titan is what happens when Hulk genuinely hits the peak of his anger and can't go any further

would still say Immortal / Devil Hulk is the most powerful since he countered the Above Below All / One Above All, kind of hard to rank the others beyond that.. also Immortal / Devil Hulk had a fairly long run while these other Hulk forms are one-offs that are often never mentioned again.

"ID" isn't referring to "identity " ID refers to the the most primal form of someone's personality and mentality.
I'm not sure we'll ever see this Hulk again. This was a glitch; Betty or whatever pushed the system to 9, and Titan Hulk emerged as a result (remember, she said 10 was hypothetical, it was probably the form from Al Ewing's Immortal Hulk #25.) Anyway, it all depends on the writing. Different topic: could Knull have infected Thor's hammer?

They catch what I think was a version of Professor Hulk with the gamma bomb and he lost his bloody mind shortly before Planet Hulk became a thing. He was basically fighting the thing and the Human Torch in the state of unconsciousness where they suggest that he was reliving his worst memories and his head while his body just fought

I liked this series as a whole (even if I'm notcool with it as a successorto immortal hulk) but I'm not really a fan of the whole bit of hulk's strength trumping things that go beyond strength. I really hope the mindscape stuff isn't carried over into the real world. I know it's already happened with heart of the monster but still.

The FULL power of World Breaker Hulk shown during the Heart of the Monster storyline was sooo absurd that I’m gonna need a bit before I concede that this new Hulk is stronger than him.
We’ve been told that various things in regards to the size of the dark dimension. Him and Red She-Hulk were casually busting planets. Not gonna hard disagree but I need to see more.
Don't forget Bannerless Hulk who also surpasses WB Hulk.
@@alissa6 That’s debatable. Cracking Onslaught’s Armor as he did is impressive but not as impressive as tearing apart a realm infinite beyond imagination and that has universes in every atom. WB Hulk just has more astonishing feats.

I don't know about Devil Hulk, people use the feat of him punching the breaks off of Thor, but people ignore the fact that's Jason Aaron's Thor, which means absolutely nothing, smashing an ant is more impressive.

This is what happens when Donny Cates’ style of story telling goes wrong. He whole schtick is upping the anti and showing us stuff we haven’t seen before. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t.
The entire time this story was going on it felt like he had an end goal and a loose concept and worked backwards. The Hulk hulking out was dumb in axis and is still dumb now.
Agreed we just saw this with Venom King in Black and AllFather Cosmic Thor. Danny " Power up " Cates. Hell he did the same thing with Thanos wins. It's all escalation.
@@shadowmonk7465 Certain times it’s cool. Like Thor has had several ways to power up for years now, so him getting the full version of one is cool. Similar thing with Thanos, but it wasn’t cool.
Controversial opinion: I really don’t like what he did with Venom. I think King in Black was well written and a really fun story. But Knull seems like he came out of a teens OC. Venom becoming Captain universe and smashing Mjolnir and SS’ board was cool, but it’s just cool for the sake of cool and doesn’t make a lick of sense. Imo venom only really works when he’s street level. Him having a hive mind of symbiotes is interesting, but how he gained the ability was dumb.
Cates has always been bad for bastardizing canon material (for better or worse, there's instances of both under his belt). His biggest trademark is shitting on other people's work. Not that I hate him as an author...but the dude is really, really flippant and disrespectful towards other authors. Maybe not in a personal way but in a professional way? Yeah.
Personally I think Cates needs to have a full-time editor that goes through his work to make sure he doesn't break stuff, an editor that is amazing at marvel continuity.
@@ericm5315 After watching the interview he had on Elseworld Exchange, and how he acts on social media, I don’t think he’d last long with a personal editor. He treats the canon as a Lego set. They give you the directions, but he decides to do his own thing. If he’s forced to follow directions he wouldn’t be in to it.
IF they wanted to go this route. They shoulda went w/the Hulk original power growth. In the 1st Avengers/FF crossover, The Thing was commenting how the Hulk strength was increasing during combat.
It's funny how these writers are constantly making The Hulk more and more overpowered lol.

This ending seems really rushed and wrapped up prematurely.
I also found it really weird that the Hulk’s armor was mostly destroyed off his body, but when it transformed back from Titan Hulk, the armor was restored as if nothing happened.
If you are going to follow a Hulk comic then you just have to except the "indestructible pants force" is a thing. One could also reason that since this armor is "Celestial Killer" armor the tech is at least somewhat on par with Celestial tech itself. Apocalypse wears celestial tech and has actually integrated it into his body (I believe) and he can grow to massive heights (as can Celestials themselves). So I think it stands to reason that the armor may just absorb into the hulk, shrink, go out of phase, or some other way preserving itself when the wearer goes through a size-shifting metamorphosis.
If u read the story u would’ve seen that the armor could repair itself. It’s there I don’t know if u missed it or just skimmed over it.
I think it was explained in the first issue of this comic but the actual thing is more 'magic' in nature than science. Like it has scientific basis from the armor he stole from AIM, but it's hinted the way it works is a mix of spells and science. Or it's just comics, like how his shorts always keep right no matter the size.
Plot
Now that I think about it, that's the same thing that happens with his pants. Damn thing is always the right size and never breaks...well except that one time he was disintegrated down to his bones by that one weird looking dude in the older comics.
I gotta admit I love the look. But there's a lot to not be desired in this series. It completely ignores all the progress of a Immortal Hulk. It ignores a supporting cast. The writing is simplistic. It feels like I'm reading a story from the 1970s just not as well written.
I was thinking they might retcon this as another universe because ot doesnt make sense. Banner and Hulk are supposed to be at peace with each other. We dont even know what happened in el passo

I would create the most powerful Hulk by not making him a loud, raging, savage, smashing, etc Hulk. But a "silent" rage Hulk-quiet, menacing, calculating and yet always angry and basically encompassing all the personas but stays completely and absolutely silent. Not even thought bubbles just his actions speaking for him. Silent Rage Hulk will be the most powerful version of the Hulk.
You have a super power to make a comic look and sounds better than what is intended to be

With all these Hulks and then to see even Hulk himself has a Hulk, how long until Marvel Comics becomes basically the new DBZ?
You know how Goku has so many transformations and probably in counting, well basically imagine that but instead of Goku,it's actually Bruce Banner.
So then Bruce Banner keeps training or whatever and keeps unlocking higher Hulk Forms.
Bruce Banner: This is my base form,(turns into HULK) and this is my Hulk Form and the more angry I get in this form, the stronger I get but that applies to all but my Base Form.
(Turns into Titan Hulk)This is my TITAN HULK FORM. It was out of control until recently.
And this.... IS TO GO EVEN FURTHER BEYOND!!!!!!!!!!!!(Turns into Super Titan Hulk).
Oh by the way...I have one more for now. This next one was once not even at Titan Hulk Level in terms of strength but the healing factor is insane and now it's also the physically strongest and fastest form I have.
So let me introduce you to my ultimate and favorite form.... the form that still and always will have a mind of his own...... the form that I now think of as Daddy........... IMMORTAL HULK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!(Turns into Immortal Hulk).

Marvel is finally showing what I and other Hulk Fans having been saying for several years that "The Incredible Hulk" Dr. Bruce Banner like Rune King Thor, Full-Powered Doctor Stephen Strange, and Adult Franklin Richards are @ least on the level of the Living Tribunal if not superior. Thanos proved that it can be surpassed like the Beyonders did. Marvel knows what we're Here for: the Hulk vs. Thor.
Yeah this stuff is so cool and so good that basically nobody reads comics anymore. Sales basically couldn't be worse because Marvel isn't DBZ. Hulk and Thor shouldn't even be talked about in the same sentence as Tribunal. Your comment is absurdity.

@@UnexpectedWonder I've been reading comics for 30 years and I've seen all of DBZ multiple times and read the manga. But no, I'm very ignorant. The reason I don't like it is because I know better. Modern comics are completely unfaithful to the history and characters they allow these writers to destroy. If you think things are getting better you're in the shrinking minority as demonstrated by how terrible comic sales are now. They have run off everyone who was a long time reader like myself. If you don't understand the DBZ comment I'm not going to break it down for you.

I understand that superheroes get more powerful as time goes on... Rising to meet greater and greater challenges; but there's a point where it just reaches ludicrous levels. Example would be Superman flying into the sun to do his dry cleaning; or pushing the entire Earth to a new location.
Hulk has past ludicrous levels long, long ago.
Frankly, i want a superhero who is weakening over time at this point and coming to terms with the end of his/her hero journey

I've been waiting for years to see a comeback of Hulk's son from, "What Savage Beast."(by Peter David) That was a great story.
Rob's explanation of hulk galactus was better than what I was thinking - I thought it was the hulk that survived til the end of the universe (the one who was punching planets) and since he was the last being when it started over he became the new galactus kinda like Galan.

So every new comic they bump hulk's power, why? He's never gonna be stronger than Superman so why? What's the point??
He is already far far stronger than super-man at level 6. At level 9 his power combines the power of cosmic entities such as Phoenix Force, the Living Tribunal, Galactus, Adam Warlock, Thanos, etc. Some of these charaters are nearly omnipotent and operate at multiversal scale. The most powerful and godly version of Superman simply dies at the hands of Hulk at level 9. At level 10 Hulk simply merges with The One Above All.
