Thanks for your ongoing support
Nice review i do like the rival RS2V however the prices for a pair have gone up in recent months at certain equipment stores but the gloves are very forgiving and are comfortable. i own the 14 oz gloves and are also good for sparring and still offer very good protection to your sparring partner if you are a lighter fighter
This is really such a beautiful glove
Would you prefer rival or ring to cage for sparring or bag gloves? I would imagine that ring to cage is better for sparring and rival gloves are Better for bag. BTW, your vid was really helpful and informative. Thanks!
Is the strap for the rival gloves as difficult to put on as others say they are? People claim that this is the main issue with using them. Do you have any personal issues with the strap?
ok. Thanks for the info! BTW, the ring to cage gloves I mentioned earlier are pretty awesome. I tried a pair on today and they are pretty nice. You should check em out.
Glove looks good but double velcro is a deal breaker for me.
How do these match up with the new ones ruval rsv2 2.0
i bought these excellent hand protection but poor wrist support compared to my hayabusa
I have these gloves. You're definitely right it always annoying to put the second glove on with the double velcro.
Thanks for the video. Do these have a " Grip bar? " I'm unsure of the proper terminology, but I have a pair of Venum gloves that have a padding bar inside the gloves, I've seen only referred to as a grip bar. I recently purchased some Fairtex that do not have them, and wow, I miss the thing.
Squid For Hire
Yes they do👊🏼👍🏼
I weigh about 120 pounds and I’m 5’2 would you recommend 14 oz or 16oz ?
andrew hyland
12oz to 14oz I would say👊🏼👍🏼
Could you do a review of the Rival 60 series sparring gloves? Cheers
Cheers mate 👊🏻
I have winning boxing gloves 16oz and they hurt my hands on the bag if you hit hard these gloves may not be for you they are not pillow gloves but in sparring you hear the pop better
what is the best gloves for real brutal sparring every day without brain demage ? winning ? grant ?
+Jack Fucking Mason no way everlast is shit
Yash Varman lmao
Rival is much more catered to boxing than for kickboxing
Hi. Looking at getting Rivals for their wrist support. In terms of wrist support, would you rate the RS2V Pro sparring gloves or RS11V Evolution sparring gloves higher? What about the RSV10 Optima glove. Have you any info on them? Thanks.
I like the strap system of the RS11V wrist as the best out of these three gloves
The RSV10 have a more traditional strap Velcro
Fit2Box Thanks mate. Much appreciated.
Adispeed or this one for sparring mate?
Adispeed
Do they still sell them in that color?
Fit2Box Channel cool thanks , what site did you find them in that color
Would these be ok for muay thai sparring?
Dylon G
I think Twins would be better for Muay Thai
Fit2Box or fairtex.
Just made a big Rival unboxing video, headgear, groin protector, wraps, reflex ball. Check it out (:
