I am studying organizational behavior in grad school; this hotel is in my textbook as a prime example of hiring the disabled for the mutual benefit of the business, customers, and workers. What some would consider a bottom end job is a wonderful career and social opportunity for others.

It seems that this working crew is way more productive than non disabled workers. May god bless them.

I would love to stay at a hotel like this. My grandson is autistic and one of my gra daughters is blind. I have a lot of empatby and compassion for disabled people. Sadly many people are horrible human beings and treat anyone different than them badly.

I would invite all my friends and go stay at this hotel, if I ever got a chance to travel to Hamburg. I live in the United States and I hope hotels like this will pop up more. I have disabilities myself and I would love to see more people with disabilities run and manage these types of settings.

Capitalist would find a way to profit off of anyone and anything! I guess it gives them something to do.

This documentary was nice to watch, but the director has really bad taste in some of the B-Roll's that were not watchable when people are eating!

It was a subtle element and lent some insight into disability of one the women profiled.

I am electric wheelchair bound and love this concept. But really, anyone who prays and actually believes that there is a sky daddy who listens and has a "special plan" just for them ought to be deemed as having an intellectual disability.

Lisa D. Who are we to criticize people who say a prayer, or go to church and sing hymns if it gives them comfort.
