Great video for training your staff to help the guests with disabilities a must watch
This is a good video. Sadly Super 8 in Kansas City doesn't have an elevator and no step free access for first floor rooms. Some of the guys that manages think this is what got George Sr. voted out of office. Wyndman hotel CEO should be jumped on.
