I can't get this to work, I'm using the trial version of tracker 3d with default captions, I'm selecting the 3D ones and everytime I go into the select the position the text simply goes over the shot really big without any sense of the 3d space, I've tried several clips and adjustments and all do the same. How am I supposed to purchase something that doesn't do what I need it to do?
What is the best way to place a title in the air? I have a drone shot over water that I want to adjust the text to be closer to the camera at the start of the shot and then to fly through the text as I move forward. It seems like The text is always placed a certain distance into the shot though, and I can’t figure out how to move it closer. Thanks!
Hi Bryan, you can adjust the position of the content manually via published parameters in the inspector window. Feel free to share the footage via chat, we'll take a look :) mvfx.co/Chat
how does mtracker know where to cast a shadow so that it looks like the shadow is being cast on the sand's surface? (the guy, beach, water etc are all part of 2D footage)
@@motionvfx oh so this light setting in the mTracker 3D Titles casts a shadow on a non-existent/transparent 3D surface, and so it looks like a shadow is made over the beach's sand's surface on the 2D footage below??
this is one of the best presented motionvfx tutorials yet. thank you!
Thank YOU! :)
wow, awesome tutorial
Thanks Steve!

Got the same issue did you figure it out?
Muy bueno, se puede descargar con la suscripción de 1 mes y luego ya lo tienes para siempre si cancelas la suscripción?
Todos los complementos de CineStudio están disponibles solo cuando su suscripción está activa.
Great 👍
☺️
With V2, is it no longer required to mask out a moving object?
It always depends on the footage you're working on
I followed the tutorial to a T and the text would not anchor. What am I doing wrong?

Same here did you manage to solve it?
@@rafestratton8019 No, not yet. I haven't revisited it yet.

@@motionvfx I was wondering the same thing that was asked for my drone footage so thank you.
When I try to track on my computer it doesn’t do anything I’ve been trying to find a solution and nothing. Any suggestions?
does this plugin not work with premier pro??
Jason, it's available exclusively on Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion
Can this plugin be used to take out a background and replace it with another background as the camera is tracking and moving?

There's always light setting in mTracker 3D Titles, so you can adjust it to your footage :)
