Is more manual than the bambino and bambino to me looks like a plastic toy (but dont get me wrong, its producing good shots) and 58mm portafilter vs 54.
I'm not sure this machine and the em19m2 "irina" have the exact same steaming element inside? I'm eyeing for the m2 and wonder if the steam power is good enough. My expectation is very close to the heat-exchange machine... I need high power steaming.
Usually is higher than 9 bars but this machine's opv can be adjuated to be capped at 9 bars. I didnt adjust mine but use the grind size to control the pressure.
The water tank is plastic, the water tubing is rubber. the steam switch is wrapped with rubber/plastic material. Machine body, drip tray they are all stainless steel.
Does the brew boiler set right above the grouphead (or eaturated)? Why not show how easy or hard it is to open the machine and show us how it looks inside ? Have you tested how accurate the brew temperature?
Hi CY, I am looking to get a Gemilai coffee machine CRM3605 and potentially a DF64 single dose grinder. Still thinking if this is the right choice as an entry-level, any thoughts?
CRM3605 is a good entry level espresso machine. That is ok. DF64 is a cost effective but Pro level grinder. It's price is good and grind is excellent. You can save on espresso machine. My suggestion is never save on a good quality grinder.
@@CaffeMartellaSingapore awesome, i’ll take it. Will look around and start placing order. Thanks for your reply, keep up your good work! Learnt good stuffs from this channel.
Hi, I am currently using Breville Barista Express. Is this machine considered an upgrade? I am looking to pairing it up with DF64 single doser grinder.
This is not just an upgrade. This is a whole new experience and it works the same as Breville Dual Boiler and more powerful. Barista Express is entry level consumer machine. Em19m3 is Prosumer use machine. It is definitely a very good pair with DF64.
Hi, I actually bought the machine after your review and see the milk steam is powerful. its been 6 months i have been using the machine, but the milk didn't stir quite well . Before this i been using Gemilia 3605. I feels like the steam for 3605 is better. Is there anything that i miss out. Thanks in advance
Hello, just want to ask you about the work flow speed. Mine flows like a waterfall, over 60ml in under 20 seconds. Did you modify your machine to change the flow speed?
@@bussianrias3526 you can try to adjust the grind setting to hit that golden ratio of 1 : 2 ratio where if you use 18g of beans, you are expecting 36 to 40g of espresso in about 30 seconds. If that grind setting you have gives you that, that is the setting you will use for that particular beans.
I don't think you need a larger pitcher maybe you are just frothing the milk in favour of the filming angle, just be square to the steam wand it will be fine
@@farzshmarz no mods. Gemilai 3018 is a lot lower end than EM19M3. 2 machines cant be compared. No doubts the ability to produce 3 to 4 shots is ok on the 3018 but the EM19M3 is just a lot better built than 3018.
In my country they almost have the same price as breville bambino plus. Would you recommend this one over the bambino for home use?

Ok. Sounds very good then. I think this would be something reliable to use in a slow bar. Thanks!@@CaffeMartellaSingapore
Can you compare EM19m3 vs gemilai 3200h ?
In my country both are the same price.
Thank you.
Hi we have no intention of bringing the CRM 3200h as its simply too bulky. I prefer the EM19M3 for its powerful functions and small footprint.

Hi Steve, this one has a silent vibratory pump.
Can share the needle distributor and tamper details. Do you sell?
Yes we do.
Can I set this up in a small coffee tent? Around 30 to 50 cups a day or if I may ask a recommendation?
Yes it's possible.

we have our own suppler to manufacture the portafilter for us.
how does it compare to other italian and german machines in terms of quality ? especially durability

EM19M3 , or garggia classic pro. both over here ,almost same price. How important is PID.
Quite important. You can see people modding the Gaggia Classic to have the PID mod.

Definitely. It's factory installed PID and can brew coffee and steam milk at the same time. Zero waiting time between the 2 functions.
