Home made bldc controller 3wire,(Type-6).

Here I am going to make another type of home made bldc controller
Here the controller is 3 wire system and hence i have used 6 mosfet 3 phase full bridge
Top side used Irf 9540 mosfet and bottom side Irf 44n mosfet are used
Here i have used two pots one for tue the circuit and another one vary the speed of motor.
And also test the controller with two types of motors.

How many volts is the maximum input voltage of the circuit, can you withstand 50v?

Max input supply 24v dc
And i have only 24v dc source unit

@@pugalstech default of motor controller rotates clockwise or counterclockwise, do we have to start it manually? or auto run

It run only one direction because of the sequence of conduction of mosfet.
We connected ist mosfet drain to 2nd mosfet gate thro resistor and 2nd mosfet drain to 3rd msfet gate and viceversa
When we change any motor lead the motor driction was reversed.
If you are properly tuend the drive circuit the motor start automatically and not need any external forces

Low current rating mosfets are used in this controller so it Is not advisable for e-bike applications

Tune means adjust the pot until the led slightly blink with light sound
