Home made bldc motor controller with multiple functions (Type-2)

The multiple functions controller can able to control 4 wire motor and also 3 wire motor
method-1
for 4 wire motor loop is removed from the controller and star point wire is connected
method-2
for 3wire motor loop is reconnected and starpoint wire is removed
so the home made bldc controller has both functions of 3wire and 4wire control.

Motor is home made one using bullet dynamo 6pole stator and rotor is 8pole

Sir i followed this tutorial of you using top 3 mosfets irf9540 and below 3 mosfets irfz44n and connected as you shown in paper graph the drain of uper and lower mosfets to each other and the source of z44 to gates of uper 9540 and 103 k capacitor and 56k resistor but its not working plz guide i really like and follow you plz help

Good effort
Sir,There is no secret i have explain clearly
First check the motor with 4 wire system
That means the top9540 mosfet to be removed and connect the 3 drain output to motor leads and connect the starpoint with positive terminal
If the motor is working ok than proceed to 3wire system. That means connect the top three 9540 mosfets and connect the gates top and bottom parallel and remove the starpoint than check the motor
Pls increase the voltage level upto some noise and vibration coming and rotate slowly it will pickup or otherwise any loose connection
Check the current level and it should be minimum 50 percent of rated current

Sir, p channel mosfet and N channel mosfet gate terminal are connected parallel
P channel mosfet and N mosfet drain terminal are connected parallel
P channel mosfet source lead are shorted and connected to positive supply
N channel mosfet source lead are shorted and it is connected to negative of the supply and the motor output are taken in the middle of top and bottom mosfet drain

Just try to varying the speed of motor by using 100k pot which is connected parallel to the one 56k resistor
It is connected from mosfet 1 to mosfet 2
