    Thank you so much for this.
    I am right where you were 9 months previous to this video. I am getting a divorce after 20 years, I have cancer, and basically I lost the will to live.
    I started some of Dr. Dispenza's meditations a while ago, but like you said, if it's not regularly it doesn't work. I don't think I came across this video randomly I think it meant to be, and being my last chance to change my life - I am going all in.❤️

      Thank you so much for sharing. It makes me happy that your life has changed for good. I began with the meditations. I am suffering of terrible traumas from abuse and my body is so sick and I have low energy but I will continue. Your story is so inspiring. Be blessed

    Great video!
    I’ve found that after doing the breath at the beginning of most of the blessing the energy center’s meditations I would experience what’s called a “Healing Crisis” in the fasting world.
    That stuck energy, once moving again, can be experienced as if it’s just happening.
    Knowing this can help a person push through. It does pass, freedom is on the other side. 🙏❤️

    I finished 40 days of meditating everyday yesterday. I come back to this video often for some encouragement. There are still days where I feel like I don’t know what I’m doing during these meditations… but I’m just happy I’m able to show up. I still struggle with deeply feeling elevated emotions on demand during the meditations but I’m doing the best I can. I feel positive about this work helping me. The biggest upgrade for me was I was able to get over a devastating break up that left me feeling so hopeless in sick in my body. That whole story has no effect on me anymore. No emotional control. I couldn’t imagine this ever happening. So so so grateful to have these tools!

    Im kind of addicted to the meditations. There are times where my body doesn’t want to, but with the will and staying focused to train my body, I do it everyday. I can’t start my day without it! It truly is Magickal!

    This was so encouraging! Thank you! I started Joe's meditations in March 2021 and this has inspired me to keep going and go deeper. Also, I think you would encourage my 19 year old son who is struggling with no voice and negative emotions and feeling unsure about everything. I'm not sure he would actually meditate though.

    I loved this! I just started reading the book! But I feel I can’t wait to get to meditations part. I guess I will have to commit to read it fast.
    I’m not in a good place right now and I just committed to practice meditation everyday no matter what! I have been in therapy for years and I haven’t really improved that much... I feel I have to take the lead and learn how to heal myself... I’m so happy this is working for you! It also gives me hope!

      It’s 2 years later after your comment, but as I really relate to your story (of being in therapy for 16 years without much improvement) I just wanted to say that I started somatic therapy 3 months ago and this therapy is working wonders for me!
      I don’t know if my comment could help, but I wanted to share my experience. 🙂 I’ve also started Dispenza’s meditation last night, so I can’t wait to see the combine effect of my therapy with it! 💫

    Yeah doing it everyday is essential. Once you get into the rhythm of this you can’t go back to a lower energy vibration

    Dude thank you so much for this video! I did the meditation once in the fall of 2020 and afterwards I felt like a dragon ball z character. But I just couldn't bring myself to do that full over an hour meditation again. But right now in my life I'm having all these synchronicities leading me back to them.     Thanks for sharing !! Just did the breathing technique and later a "letting go" (from the book) an after, oh... you cannot believe it. Since 3 days I had like a heavy energy cloud above me and I felt like raised! Now (after 3 hours...) I am finishing to learn the throat opening chakra. Just want you to let you know, that you are a true inspiration. You passed for hardships, but the Universe showed you the right tools to make the best of your problems and reborn!! Thank you for remind so many things :)

      Thanks! I actually gained 15 lbs. of muscle in about 4 months; it was amazing to finally break through, after years of lifting and protein shakes, workout plans...the epigenetic changes are real.

    Thanks for sharing your journey, it helps a lot to make us keep doing the work. I knew doctor joe Dispenza’s study through the rewired series on Gaia digital plataform, right n the middle of the pandemic, maybe October 2020. I totally connected with that but it took me a while to really get the consistency on doing every day. In the meantime I realized that I was falling in to depression. I’m from Brasil and there’s is too much political shits happening here right now, along with a big financial crises, plus I work with music and this sector got totally frozen, many people didn’t survived in the profession, also me and my girlfriend started to have lots of disagreements and discussions like never before, because we were always out making shows and seeing friends and having money, but all of sudden we were stuck in our house, learning about each other's differences in how to deal with home, life and money. The good part of this is that we got to know each other much better but at the same time we had a lot of disagreements that disempowered the relationship, and now we are in a process of separation, at last for a period of time, because we can’t help the other if we are broken too. So, by the time I got in contact with this knowledge and now, all this happened, and now it has been maybe a month and a half that I’m doing the meditations everyday, sometimes two or three meditations a day, and it really helps to hear these testimonials, on joe Dispenza’s TH-cam channel or like yours, an independent video that appeared to me just after a finished my morning meditation of breaking the habit of being yourself. Thanks for all the heart ❤️

    I started to watch this video few days ago in bed and I got tired and paused it. I had a question in my head this morning after one of my week 3 meditation… what do I do after week 4?     I admire your consistency and wonder how you have found the courage and supporting belief in the system to do the meditations every day. I have a tendency to start and practice and then get tempted to try another thing. I’d appreciate if you have any resources to improve self-discipline and consistency.

      Hi Nili, After reading about so many people healing from extreme situations (miracles of biblical proportions), seeing countless testimonies from Dr. Joe students, etc. There is SO much evidence proving that people who GO ALL IN, and stay consistent with this work every single day, breakthrough. And life gets better and better. You can alternate and use different meditations, but stay with the work. I just did the "Synchronizing Your Energy to a New Life" meditation this morning, I had tears of joy, it was so real. I am so committed to my outcome, and I know that it it possible. I keep going. I'm on Day 450 or so now.

      Hey there! You don't have to know yet. I would lean into where you FEEL JOY and do more of that. One things leads to another. If you are drawn to taking care of animals....or making music...or writing articles....or making food; even if you don't see a CAREER PATH yet. Just go and do those things. The universe opens doors for you, that you can't even see yet.

      Thanks so much Brian! So, I primarily did Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself, but I also recommend Blessing of the Energy Centers (5 is my favorite), and Wim Hof guided breathing sessions. Those are some of the most common meditations I did during this period.

    My throat chakra has been my biggest issue. So much negative energy stuck in my chest from childhood. It’s time to release ❤️ Thank you for sharing.       That is wonderful that you have awareness of your throat chakra. I had the same issue. That's why I now make music under the name of "Throat Chakra" - because I now speak the truth in a way that people can hear it. I mean, you need to meditate every day. And then during your day, have an awareness of your thoughts and emotions. Ask yourself, is this loving to me? You can then decide to chance the thought, or "stop" reactivating the emotion. You are that powerful. Make your future self a magnetic that draws you to the greater version of you.

I myself am a singer and I believe I was given the voice I have to help alleviate some of the blockage I’ve struggled with in my life. I’ve been into Joe for a about 2 years now. Love his work. I just started and decided to stick with the morning meditation for atleast a month to get in the habit and then add the blessings. I think after a good 6 months of solid meditating and awareness I’m going to get the progressive online course than show up to an event and prepare to purge all old blockages completely out of my body. So excited! Your video helped to inspire me a ton. So thanks again. Truly amazing ✨💗

      Yes, you can manifest multiple things at once. My future vision had: home, new relationship, changed body, and abundance all in one. Lean into the WAY IT ALL FEELS the most.

    Just ignore if u dont believe this. I dont read this book but i read his book "becominh supeenatural" and i tried his meditation even im not do it everyday. Meditation only from breath and imagining your tail bones moves in and out. And then I come to witness theres a guy just got fire from his old company, then He got jobs as president director after that. And that story same like me, i got fired fe waiter than i become supeevisor in my new company.
    Some people maybe dont believe with joe dispenza, but i just do like he said and it comes like magic and full of miracle.

    Been following Joe Dispenzas work for a long time. I am confused on what we are supposed to do after our meditation in our everyday life. Do we do what we do in our meditations all day? Or do we be present with our material world until we feel out of alignment and then do what we did in our mediations with our eyes open? What do you do to stay in that energy?

      Yes, so stay present to the material world and BE the new you, already. If you see yourself falling out of alignment, lovingly make a correction. Personally, I just have gotten better and better and checking myself. Having mindful breaks like going for a walk or a short meditation (rather than unconsciously grabbing my phone) helps a lot.

    I have a question for you: I have read Dr Joe's 3 books and watched countless interviews with him and I was excited to start his meditations. I did the Breaking the Habit mediations almost every day for about 35-40 days but I stopped. I found them very tedious, boring and difficult to maintain the discipline to sit through the 75 minutes. Did you ever have any mornings like this? Is it just of a case of persisting through every day?
    I still have such faith in his work from reading his books and hearing about testimonials/stories such as yours.

      After the first month, I switched to just doing my own form of an induction (wim hof breathing normally), and then the last 23 minutes of the meditation (the future vision portion). I also mixed in blessing of the energy centers on other days. If you have not yet, I recommend doing Plant a New Destiny, which is a 4 week program that I created. I personally meditate for about 60-75 minutes every day right after I wake up. But, I agree, the BHBY meditation (the first sections) are extremely powerful to recognize prior blocks and ways of being, and then rehearsing new behaviors.
      But, after a while, I switched to just doing the last portion, what I call the "Future Vision" meditation primarily for the 240 days. Again, mixed in with other Dispenza meditations. I also just went to a 7 Day Advanced Retreat with Dispenza two months ago, it was so awesome. And we are hosting a You:Transformed retreat later this year which will be somewhat similar, but with some of our own unique flavorings.

    Waoo looks like am where you were 240 days ago. In a process of. Divorce 15 yrs marriage.... And everything u were. About to move to another country.... Though battling with it. Feel. Like I cn go back to my home village live in my mom's house in the room I grew up in 30 yrs back. Wake up to enjoy the forests. Walk barefootin river sand meditate and spend time executing my skills to create revenue....

      I am not sure which type of breathwork you are referring to, maybe Wim Hof or something like it? I did that often. Yes, do that before the meditation, it will take you into Alpha and then Theta more quickly.

      Yes, I did the full breaking the habit of being yourself meditation. Water Rising and Body Parts are just names for the induction (first part), I would do one or the other, or I would do Wim Hof breathing as my induction.

      During the final part of the BHBY meditation, you are actually embodying your future which is when you do it. Otherwise, you can keep it in the journal. You don't have to read it often or obsess about it. You ARE a creator. What's done is done. Just be the energy of the new you and don't grasp for it or "need" it.

      The Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself does have the full meditation; so essentially weeks 1-4 are all within the long meditation. You can just do the parts if you want; and once you are ready, you can do the entire meditation. :)
