How to remove, while on the car vehicle, Forgiato XL Extra Large Big Floating cap

Customer Had his Bentley towed in because he caught a flat on a 24 inch Forgiato wheel with the large floating caps. He also asked us to install TPMS sensors therefore we have to remove all four wheels and all four floating caps. After searching TH-cam for videos and not finding any I decided to record our selves trying to figure it out. The customer tried on one and ended up removing the glass and leaving the entire mechanism on the wheel so I used a self tapping screw to use force to pull the inside of the cap off. Once the self tapping screw was secure I pulled the self tapping screw with a vice grip and was successful. The rest is on the video. Enjoy.

Just invest in a high-pressure suction system. Like the ones they use for glass and installing big slabs of marble.

Maybe 5 sets. Yes. It has been getting easier. We broke a couple when we started. We learned that You need 3 hands. 😂.

What size suction cup do you need?

Kit comes from forgiato. You can use any cup as long as it’s smaller than cap glass. But you still need 2 small pry bars / flat screwdrivers.
