I've been testing the AW 7, SE 2, Forerunner 165 and the pretty old Vivosmart HR. The battery on the Garmin devices is unbeatable when compared to the AWatches but since they are from Apple, the UI and the data is bit more superior when compared with these entry level Garmin devices. Since I'm a runner I find it very easy to start/pause a run or any activity on the Forerunner. Both the companies are great but I find Garmin's tech a bit more accurate but it doesnt mean that Apple isnt any good. Its about quality over quantity since I finally chose to use my Forerunner as my daily driver. My AWatches just sleep in my cupboard waiting for me to take them out to parties and meetings once in a while. I wasn’t looking for this video. But I saw your big bright smile so I had to support. I have both watches AU2 and Fenix 7x Solar sapphire. Have a hard chosing between two. But I wear the garmin more. I’m not a fan of all these subscriptions.
I find my AW7 to be inconsistent with asking me to record a workout. I took my dog for a walk and it didn't notify me to record it until halfway through the walk. So unfortunately that walk didn't get recorded. I'm glad I bought a refurbished watch so I don't have a lot invested in it. I think for Christmas I'm going to switch to a Garmin. Probably the 165.
Im an apple fanboy but the battery life on apple watches is pathetic and is the only reason ill never get one !!!! Garmin destroys it when it comes to battery life

I got the ultra 2 and the 265. Honestly the 265 is way off for accuracy when lifting weights. That’s a major downfall of the watch is the accuracy

Hey! I got the 265 and actually tried the smaller version (265s) but I went with the bigger size. It’s nice and helpful when running.
