Reminds me of an old game I used to play called N2O: Nitrous Oxide on the PS1. I believe there's a steam release of the game now?
I haven't played the game. But after you mentioned I googled and infact this looks like it. However, sound tracks in Rez Infinite will make you move.. 😀
This looks like you'd need a stomach of iron to play for any extended period of time, haha
