The fact that Abby and Cathy are actually friends in real life speaks VOLUMES about the producers and what actually went on behind the scenes
wow, i didn’t know both of them are friends in real life
i mean it's pretty obvious the "rivalry" was just manufactured drama for the show. the dance studios didn't actually have beef and why would they. dance is an individual sport not really a team sport where there would be a reason to dislike one studio over any other studio

I agree The Last Text was absolutely incredible. The first time I saw a clip of it I watched it ten times in a row because of how hauntingly gorgeous it was. Those girls did amazing and the choreography was legendary.
Wouldn't it be nice if she could praise the actual DANCERS in it, though, instead of taking all the credit herself?

The show portrayed Abby as this mean awful crazy lady but when u watch her videos you realize that she wanted what was best for those kids and it wasn’t her being crazy. It was basically what the producers wanted the show to be. We love you Abby!!

@@VLOGGSWITHLILLIE I mean she was strict and those kids also had a ton of pressure on them. But MOST of the crazy was coming from her producers.
I mean, you shouldn’t touch anyone regardless of their age. Keeping your hands to yourself is just common courtesy

I wonder how many relationships she ruined because of the producers. I feel like the producers made her be meaner to the kids then she wanted to be.. and even the moms said the producers told them that Abby was talking shit about them (tho she really wasn’t) to get them riled up and start fights. The only kid who talks to her is Jojo. I wonder if she ever apologized to them, or was to prideful to.

I hope she reads up on slander laws before she makes it. Because nobody's going to believe her claims of ignorance of the law this time around.

Noone is perfect… I believe everything she has put out there and here is why… When you tell the truth you don’t need a good memory and everytime she has talked about anything, its the same. Nothing in her speaking about it has changed. But you are entitled to an opinion and I respect that. But she dont need to be bashed on her on channel!!! Its called be respectful and just pass it by.

i honestly have never even considered that abby was being manipulated and exploited by the producers, too. i never imagined the horrible feelings that probably came with being villainized and forced to act more mean or whatever than she actually was.
I am a leukemia patient and your story has inspired me so much!! Also, you look phenomenal!!!

What does that mean??
Abby has been through soooo much cancer, prison, unbearable mothers and has overcome it all.
Her resilience and work ethic is outstanding. When some of us would have broken for what she went through it Empowered her, to come back harder and better than ever.
Cant wait to see more of her Journey!

Love Abby but you have to think about the. Children who got disorders and ptsd like Chloe have an eating disorder bc of the show
props to her for all the treatment and cancer and jail she was through, honestly. but the way she treats children is disgusting

Gianna Cherographed almost ever dance On dance moms. Abby gave correction and added final touches. Abby is the dance teacher and Gianna is the cherogpher
Abby, As a woman who has survived 3 brain tumors and has experienced many similar mobility issues, I can say with the utmost confidence that walking with a walker IS walking. I'm rooting for you!💖
Abby I loved this! It was like having a conversation. I got to learn more about you. Which is awesome. Because to me you are one of the most fascinating people alive right now. Because of your creative detail and work ethic etc. I'm super excited at the thought of you doing another show. Hopefully a show where you have more creative control.
I have been through having to learn how to walk again twice in my life…once due to a wreck and once due to an illness. Unless you have been through it, you don’t understand. Walking with a walker is the first step to getting your freedom back and is a huge win!! Congratulations on getting in the plane without assistance!! I remember those first few independent steps and the tears! You are amazing!!!

I took my daughter to a dance competition in Syracuse NY and Abby and her dancers were there. My daughter got so excited to see Abby and all the girls. We ran into Abby in the hall and she was so nice and sweet to my daughter talking to her and took a picture with her.
That was probably bc your daughter wasn't her student that she could humiliate!

Omg your such a sweetheart! Whenever I tell people that I’m watching dance moms they say “Omg she’s so strict and mean!” I always say that you are actually such a sweetheart and you care for everyone but they don’t believe me!!

So sad to hear you broke your leg. UGH. My mom couldn't walk for a couple years after a very very bad injury and almost losing her leg. She was in a wheelchair for a very long time, and then used a walker. She can walk now!! I know you can too! Love you Abby!

i never watched dance moms on tv but i did find out about it last year on youtube and now here i am, never would’ve thought
I'd love to see maybe a TH-cam docuseries , just focusing on you and the dancers , the real not the overproduced . I've loved the side to you we've seen on TH-cam ❤

For the longest time I couldn’t tell if the show was staged or not, but I actually love how kind Abby is as a person outside of the show. She raises amazing dancers, and I really enjoy seeing this side of her. ❤️ we love u Abby!

I honestly love Abby, she’s an inspiration to us all. She’s so strong and brave and has been through so much with jail, cancer, her mum and poor little Broadway Baby! I think she is an amazing dance teacher, I wish I could get a lesson from her!

Abby reminds me so much of my aunt who owned her own studio and taught me from age 3-18, she was tough on everyone but it taught us the importance of a clean dance, she had this ‘game’ when cleaning comp numbers and we would have to start from the beginning and the smallest mess up we would stop the song and restart but it trained us well🥺
