But as you know: all new recipes have this variable before it really becomes your own, each kitchen is different🤗 If you don't mind: I can provide you with our search results for an air fryer, without naming a brand: As we have been told by an engineer who designs kitchen tools like air fryers for the companies with big names: all are principal the same with heating and ventilation. But as success in selling these fryers went on, the industry got fancy with adding f.e. programs, apps, 2 drawers, windows like we're used for our ovens and so on.😀 Windows for an air fryer was and is a No Go for us, as food is steaming in contact with a heat source, so: not much to see but much to clean.😉 Next new item was a second drawer, for more than 2 people. But if you don't use them simultaneously, then you will loose all energy (= cost saving factors). You even have double risk (= price), if something is broken. We bought 2 of the same older versions (= meanwhile lower prices) of air fryers for having guests. A bunch of programs is unnecessary. All air fryers just have a low, a middle and a high temperature or better: range because it's technically not yet possible to provide an exact temperature. More than 3 programs are there for letting the consumer think nothing can go wrong, it's just about choosing which sort of fish, meat, veggie and so on😉. The truth is, so we were told by our tech friend, temperature measuring and regulation is very poor for all kinds of household machinery, from air conditioning, over freezer, to modern ovens what kind so ever. Exceptions are such extremely pricey items for high tech machineries for professional use like for science, medical and food products. I hope that helps a bit. Greetings💛
