Just Wiki'd St Peter's Seminary, what an amazing building. What 'drone' do you run? I have a few but my current camera platform is an F550 (E310) with Zenmuse H3-3D and GoPro Hero 4 Black. I am not sure I'd be brave enough to fly it indoors (though the building does look spacious).
Hi Tim thanks👍 I also use a dji f550 with the tarot 2 axis gimbal but I am looking to build something new soon possible a large Quadcopter. Yeah it's an amazing place well worth a visit. It dose look spacious but it's a fairly tight place to fly in. I couldn't get much footage from the outside because unfortunately it started to rain when I was there but I will go back and make a better video with more of the outside in it.
Hope you don't think I was making out it was huge and a doddle to fly there?! I would not trust myself not to hit soemthing that I hadn't noticed. The Tarot gimbal works well. I have Zenmuse H3-3Ds on my two F550s, but to be honest the Tarot looks so good, and doesn't need a Naza! Just bought a cheap Alexmos 2-axis brushless gimbal to manufacture as a handheld selfie stick type thing, will see how that goes! Hope you have better weather, the plants invading the high walls look very 'Tomb Raider', I cannot believe that a building of that size would be abandoned after about 30 years of use! I read it had been handed to an artist, are you able to access the building easily, or is it a case of climbing over security fencing?! Anyway I loved the footage (would make an excellent FPV course, not that my reactions would be fast enough!) Keep up the shooting, and good luck on the heavy lift platform if you go ahead!
