Something I've been learning lately is this if you offer free photo shoot you mostly will get really bad Realtors who do Shady jobs and they don't want to pay, versus if you get 50% off of your package people will see the value of your work and with hire youmore often.😅

With free shoots you have to make sure you’re not just offering them Willy nilly to anyone with a heartbeat. They have to be a high performer. On top of that, the purpose of a free shoot is to build a portfolio. So even if a realtor never uses you again, it’s not a waste of time.

@@reallyjordanhorn My friend and I are in the same situation, he wants to offer the service for free to everyone, and I have told him that it is not like that, it has to be a realtor who is top performing, but he does not listen to me and says that this is how he is going to do it. i say ok do it

Definitely! That’s part of the process of scheduling a brokerage team meeting presentation. Bring in some materials, talk to the broker, and start a relationship and then ask to present in exchange for sponsoring the meeting with coffee/donuts etc.
