great stuff Taylor! I think you nailed it with the staying on their minds. Some of the busier photographers I know have a bit of a "lifestyle" presence on instagram with their RE photo and video work. Makes you more likely to reach out to someone who you feel is welcoming and personable

@@arternmedia2003 It definitely takes a while to get the feel of what works and doesn't work but you'll get there!! I don't have anything set up to do that at the moment but I might need to. @@jeremydavis1267 Ohh... Probably Sigma (assuming it doesn't have distortion issues) I had that combo - A73 + 16-35f4 for a while and it was nice! But I switched to the GM 16-35 2.8 and It made everything better - 2.8 will get cleaner and open up some creative possibilities. Both would be solid, though!
I'd recommend renting one or both to see what you think! Renting Lenses is really affordable and if you want to your rental cost can go toward buying it through LensRentals if you like it.

If you are cold calling or sending over messages via text message/IG. What would be your template when you are speaking to them? I guess this is where I'm kinda stuck, I want to be straightforward and to the point however, I know I have to be professional. What are your thoughts?
I think just be yourself and be respectful of their time especially. If you're trying to set up a meeting make it super easy for them. Make it easy for them to see what the benefits of working with you are and that's about all you can do. Offering/Demonstrating the benefits vs asking for anything is usually has a good positive impact.

Real Estate. Rooms, living room, bedrooms etc.
Maybe just describe the photo ? Not sure what else there is to do. Make the client a collaborator on it and they might automatically cross post it to get you more exposure. I know most companies just post their work but I’d mix in BTS and testimonials and stuff like that to your feed too if you can to keep building your own brand and showing clients more of what they are getting involved with personally.
If I send you some footage, could you try to color correct it in a tutorial? I film a TON of log homes and there is soooo much wood I struggle to get my colors to represent accurately despite using a white balance card

Be careful calling agents listed on zillow with the phone number on zillow. Agents pay for marketing on Zillow and that call could cost them from their marketing budget.
Great insight! So find them on zillow, search for their personal site and contact how they list there.
