Rob, great video. IMO if you use frozen bottles rather than ice you'll have more success in transporting those beauties as ice can contain chlorine and other chemicals that can affect your fish. In Addition once you get to your destination you might want to acclimate them to the new water by slowly introducing the lake water into your livewell for 15-30 minutes. Just food for thought. Good luck on the new big bass factory.

Fish can complete freeze over winter and thaw in spring and continue to live and also spawn. However, very few beings do not have a hard time living through 40+ degrees temperature shock, 20° difference between environment can kill many, some species can undergo a very rapid acclimatization process, however over some degree' of given time. Instantly being introduced to a different temperature of more than 30° and forcing shock acclimation, rather than a mediation by stages, can suffer many beings. However, a fisherman can.
Frozen then Cold Tomatoes, then Mild, to Medium, to Spicy Salsa. Also, lightly heat made salsa, before you freeze it, cool it open, then fridge open then freeze.

You can buy those 300 gallon plastic square tanks with the cage around them for like 100 bucks the use an areator to transport. Or buy a saltwater bait tank
